LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, EMMA A. BARRICK, do hereby make, publish and declare
the following as and for my Last Will and Testament.
FIRS'f: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my
husband, Victor E. Barrick, should he survive me and appoint him as
Executor of this Will.
SECOND: Should my husband not survive me, then I give,
devise and bequeath my entire estate, share and sharo alike, to my three (3)
chlldr en, Vada B. Keck, Clyde W. BarrIck and Mable C. Stitt, and appoint
said three (3) children as Co-Executors of this Will.
