do hereby mako, publish and declaro tho following ao and for my Last
\all and Tostament.
FIRST: I [Sivo, dovise and bequeath one-half of my estate to Dauphin
Deposit Trust Company, in trul3t, for tho benofit of my son, Robert Smith,'
of 55 \'Iost North Street, Ca1'lislo, Pennsylvania, subject to the folling
provisions.
1. Tho 'fl'ustoe shall pay tho income from said truut to my
said son, Robert Smith, cvory throe months.
2. Tho Trusteo, in its discretion, may use any part of the
prinCipal of said Trust for tho neCOl3sal'Y care and maintenance of
my said son, and shall have the right to pay any part thereof directly
to any person or institution who may, from time to time, be furnishing
my said son with medical or institutional caro.
3. At the death of my said son, the Trustee shall pay any
balance in said Trust Fund, share and share alike, to such of the
ohildren and step-children of my said 80n as shall be living at tho
time of his death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residuo and remainder
of my estate, share and sharo alike, to my grandchildren and step-grand..

share of such child until ho or sho shall have reached tho age of 21,
when said share shall bo paid to such grandchild or step-grandchild,

share to him or her or to such porson or institution as may be

Mildred R. Smith hereby avers the following regarding the Estate of Blanche Williams:
1. Affiant is a granddaughter of the deceased.
2. Affiant is willing to act as Executor of the estate.
3. There is one son of Blanche Williams, Robert S. Smith, who has renounced his
interest to act as Executor of the estate.
3. There are five additional grandchildren of the deceased: Robert H. Smith, Evangeline
A. Smith Caples, Benjamin L. Smith, Mealine C. Smith McCaffrey, and Modenna L. Smith.
4. Each of the gran children except for Robert H. Smith have renounced their interest to
act as Executor of this estate.
5. Affiant has no knowledge of the present whereabouts of Robert H. Smith; no members
of the family having been in contact with him in recent years. The last known address of
Robert H. Smith had been in upstate New York several years ago.
6. Affiant is trying to locate the last person. Modenna L. Smith, who is somewhere in
Alabama.
7. The estate tax is due within a few days and Affiant wishes to proceed with
administration.
WHEREFORE, Affiant asks the Court to appoint her as Executrix of the Estate
Williams.
