CIVIL 200ay- (49 I q 3 ORIGINAL COMPLAINT AND NOW, ~e~:,,.&~ $3, ' t,- / ;z~, , comes the Plaintiff, Susquehanna Printing, by its attorneys, GEISENBERGER & COOPER, P.C., and files this Complaint against the Defendant, Celtic Moon Publishing, Inc. t/d/b/a Keystone Sportsman, as follows: 1. Plaintiff is Susquehanna Printing, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and having its principal place of business at 1 E. Main Street, Ephrata, Pennsylvania 17522. 2. Defendant, Celtic Moon Publishing, Inc. t/dPo/a Keystone Sportsman, is a corporation having a place of business at 207 House Avenue, Suite 103, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 3. On or about September of 2001, Plaintiff supplied and Defendant accepted printing services for Keystone Sportsman's magazine and that payment for said services was to be on an open book account. 4. On or about September 30, 2001, Defendant ceased making payment for the services that Plaintiff provided and was in default on their account. The sum due Plaintiff is $11,519.57. 7333 $.CCP/3 Copies of invoices for the account are attached to this complaint and marked for identification as Exhibit "A". WHEREFORE, Plaintiffprays for recovery of judgment against Defendant, Celtic Moon Publishing, Inc. t/d/b/a Keystone Sportsman, in the amount of $11,519.57 plus interest thereon from September 30, 2001.
