LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
DANIEL W. DEITZEL
I, DANIEL W. DEITZEL, of the Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do make and publish this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I.
I direct that all my just
debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM II.
I give all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate equally among my three children, Daniel
W. Deitzel, Jr., Mary C. Steever and Sara J. Hemperly, in equal
shares, share and share alike or their issue per stirpes.
ITEM III.
It is hereby directed that my
Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all inheritance, state,
succession and legacy taxes to which my estate or the transfer of
any property hereunder may be subject and to charge such tax as
part of the administration, payable out of my residuary estate.
ITEM IV.
I nominate, constitute and
appoint my son, Daniel W. Deitzel, Jr., to be and act as my sole

Executor of this my Last will and Testament. In the event of
renunciation, death, resignation or inability to act for any
reason whatsoever of my son, I nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, Sara J. Hemperly as Executrix of this my Last will and
Testament. As a final alternative, I appoint my daughter, Mary C.
Steever, to be and act as my sole Executrix of this my Last will
and Testament. My Executor/Executrix shall not be required to
post bond or give any security.

GUIDELINES FOR DECEDENT ACCOUNTS HELD AT FIRST FEDERAL
Federal regulations allow a penalty free withdrawal on certificates of
deposit held in a financial institution notified of the decease of an
account holder.
First Federal requires that this option be exercised immediately or
within a timely manner.
WB ADVISE THE FOLLOWING I
Contact a customer service Representative at the branch office most
convenient to you. The "CSR" will be able to answer any questions you
may have. We have numerous offices convenient to the Harrisburg area.
First Federal offers various accounts which are appropriate for sstate
dealings. Please consult with one of our Customer Service Personnel
to obtain an account best serving the needs of the estate.
GENERAL INFORMATION I
Individual accounts held by the decedent may be redeemed with a short
Certificate and the signature/s of the executor/trix only. The
closure or transfer closure of the account/s qualify for the penalty
waiver. Once an account is transfer closed to a new account, the new
account does not qualify for the penalty waiver since the new account
is titled in the name of the estate and not the individual.
Joint accounts may only be redeemed by the surviving joint owner,
without penalty, when a death certificate is presented. A change of
title does not qualify for a future waiver of penalty.
NOTE I According to IRS Regulations financial institutions are re-
quired to get a Tax Identification Number verified when a new account
is opened. Any change of title that requires a change of "TIN" also
requires verification of the new number. Under these regulations
First Federal is required to "withhold" 31% of interest earnings on
any account whose owner neglects to verify their "TIN". It is benefi-
cial to have, or have "applied" for, the Estate Identification Number
when opening a new Estate account or changing the title/s of existing
accounts at any financial institution.
