property, with the exception 01' my car, which io to be sold and added
to the TRUST hereinafter mentioned. ~~atever tangible property she doDo
not wioh to have she may Bivo to any momber 01' the family, or any other
person oho so desiree, or oell it and add it to the TRUST.
I bequoath my peroonal proporty to the FARMERS TllUST COMPANY, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, IN TRUST, to pay the inoome therefrom to my MOTHER,
ADA H. SEASE, 01' 619 Hi&11wnd Avonue, Carlisle, Pennoylvania, for and
during the term of her natural lifo, and at her death to pay the
principal of the trust IlS follows:
One half of the prinoipal to Theda Sease Peiper, with the remaining

I wish my sister, Theda Sease Peiper, of 110 Hillarest Drive, New
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, to have her choice of my tangible personal
property, with the exception of my car, which is to be sold and added
to the,TRUST hereinafter mentioned. \\'hatever tangible property she does
not wish to have she may give to any member of the family, or any other
person she so desires, or sell it and add it to the TRUST.

be advised that the value of her twenty shares of stock as of December 5, 1994, would be
$150Ishare. The last transaction known to me was the purchase of sixty-eight shares of Frog
Switch in 1993 at $150Ishare. This was repurchased by lhe company and placed back inlo
treasury stock. I am also aware of some other small amounts of stock being sold to the company
for the sake of our officers allhe $150/share value.
If you would care to render these twenty shares back to the company we would be more than
willing to pay the $150lshare price.

I wish my sister, Theda Sease Peipor, or 110 Hillarest Drivo, Now
Cumborland, Pennsylvania, to havo her choice or my tangiblo porsonal
property, with the exception or my car, whioh is to be sold and added
to the TRUST hereinarter mentioned. Whatever tangible proporty she does
not Wish to have she may give to any momber or the ramily, or any other
person sho so desires, or sell it and add it to tho TRUST.
I bequoath my porsonal property to the FARMERS TRUST COMPANY, Carlisle,
PennsYlvania, IN TRUST, to pay the inoomo therorrom to my MOTHER,
