I, TH0Kl\8 II. BCIt, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare
this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me.
ITBH I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my
gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, and any and all taxes and assessments
imposed by any governmental body as a result of my death, whether on property passing
under this will or otherwise, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practi-
cable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, I wish to make it known that I have named my daughters
as the beneficiaries of certain life insurance policies on my life, and it has been my
instruction to them that the proceeds from the life insurance are to be used by them to
pay for my funeral and gravemarker expenses.
ITBH II. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Pive Hundred ($1,500.00)
Dollars to each of my grandchildren who survive my death by thirty (30) days.
ITBH III. I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate to those of my great grandchildren who
survive my death by thirty (30) days. If any great grandchild of mine dies before me
or fails to survive my death by thirty (30) days, the share of such great grandchild
shall be distributed equally among my remaining great grandchildren so surviving.
ITBH IV. I appoint DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY of Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, guardian of any property which passes, either under this will or

otherwise, to a minor or to any person adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction
to be mentally incompetent to care for such property and his or her own affairs, and
with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise
appointed a guardian or trustee. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal
as well as income from time to time for the person's education, support, and welfare
without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such education, support,
or welfare, and to make such payment for these purposes, without further
responsibility, directly to such person or to the parent of any person taking care of
such person. I further hereby specifically and expressly approve the use of a
restricted savings account or a restricted certificate of deposit for the safe-guarding
of the gifts I make to my grandchildren and great-grandchildren hereunder without the
formal opening and maintenance of a guardianship for them. I hereby expressly
authorize the said Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company to close the guardianship
account and substitute, in its place, such restricted savings accounts or certificates,
and I hereby request the said Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, and my personal
representatives appointed hereunder to use that method to safeguard these gifts without
the formality and expense of a guardianship, which I create hereby only for use if such
a restricted account is not satisfactory with my personal representatives or the court
making approval of the final distribution from my estate.
ITEK V. All of the interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall not be subject
to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary alienation nor shall they be sUbject to
any execution or attachment.
ITBH VI. I direct that my corporate fiduciaries shall receive compensation for
the performance of its functions hereunder in accordance with its standard schedule of

ITBK VII. I appoint my son-in-law, JOHN SCARANGELLA, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
