I, FLORENCE E. SHEAFFER, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke all wills and codicils which
I have previously made.
I I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all of my juet debts,
funeral and administrative expenses and inheritance and eimilar taxes as soon as
convenient after my death.
II I give and bequeath to my sister's daughter, Judy Mayberry Golec, the
sum of Twn Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), and to her daughter, Stacey GOlec, the sum
of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
III I give and bequeath to my grandson, Randy Sheaffer, my stereo,
television, and antique table in my dining room, and to my granddaughter, Sandy
Sheaffer, my diamond ring and my ruby ring.
IV All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and
bequeath, in equal shares, to my two grandchildren, Sandy Sheaffer and Randy
Sheaffer, and my daughter-in-lew, Gayle Sheaffer, provided, howevar, that the one-
third payable to my said daUghter-in-law shall be on the express condition that she
shall not have remarried prior to the date of my death, otherwise her share shall
lapse and be added to the shares of my two grandchildren. If either grandchild
shall predecease me leaving issue to survive, said issue shall take my deceaeed
grandchild's share by representation.
V Any share of my estate which shall become distributable to a minor may
be held in a savings account, certificate of deposit or similar security, in a
federally insured banking or savings institution in the name of the minor and marked
not to be withdrawn until the minor attains the age of 18 years,
VI - I appoint es executor of this will my grandson, Randy Sheaffer, and
if he shall fail to qualify or cease to act as such during the administration of my
estate, I appoint my granddaughter, Sandy Sheaffer, as alternate executrix of this
will, and if for any reason she shall fail to qualify or cease to act as such during
the administration of my estate, I appoint my daughter-in_law, Oayle Sheaffer, as
seocnd alternate executrix.

May, 1984.
