I, E'l'JlEL V. TAYLOR, of the 'l'ownship of Monroe, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennllylvani,a. beinr; of oound and dis-
posing mind, momory and understanding, do mAke, publish And
declare this my Last Will and 'l'estamont.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts nnd funeral expenses
as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever the same may be
situated, to my husband, Cletus L. Taylor, absolutely and un-
conditionally.
3.
In the event that my husband, Cletus L. Taylor, should pre-
decease me, or should he die at a bout the same time as I do, such
as in an accident common to both of us, thon in such event, I give,
devise and bequeath my entire estate, real; personal and mixed,
whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situated,to my three
children, to wit, Cletus L. TAylor, Jr., Beverly A. Metzger and
Donna J. CArlson, share and share alikp., per stirpes.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute And appoint my husband, Cletus
L. Taylor, Executor of thio my Last Will and Testament, and in tho
event that my said husband should predecease me, or should he be
unable or unwilling to serve in such capacity for any reason, then
in such event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Cletus
