Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, do
hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all Wl1ls and Codicils at any time heretofore
made by me.
ARTICLE I.
I direct the payment of all my legal debts, the expenses of my last I11ness and
funeral, and the expenses of administering my estate as soon after my death as
conveniently may be done.
ARTICLE II.
I give and bequeath all of my tangible personal property, Including automobiles,
together with any insurance thereon (not Including any cash or securities) unto my
friend, KATHRYN S'fAI,TEH, Bnola, Pennsylvania, provided she survives me.
ARTICLE III.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, unto my friend, 1(A'I'HRYN STALTER. If
KATHRYN STALTER predeceases me, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my Estate unto her then living Issue per stirpes by
representation.
