the decedent and as named Personal Representative in the decedent's
Last will and Testament. Petitioner's name and address are EDGAR
C. HECKMAN. 2176 Kings Cross, Titusville. Florida 32796 and the
name and office address of petitioner's attorney are as set forth
at the end of this petition.
