LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARTHA E. HART
I, MARTHA E. HART, of the Township of Upper Allen, County of
Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2.
I am currently the owner, as tenant in common with my
sister, Ruth A. Satchwell, of a frame and brick ranch type
dwelling, more particularly described as Lot No.6, "Winding Hill
Heights -Section 2", Plan Book 13, Page 16, and Plan Book 14,
Page 15 in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office. It is my
desire, that should I predecease my said sister, that she be
granted a life estate in my one-half interest in said dwelling so
that she may be able to live out her years in the said dwelling
in peace. She to pay all taxes and maintenance costs as a
condition of this gift. Should she need to move out for any
reason, and such move appears to be permanent in nature, then the
life estate would be deemed to terminate.
3.
Should I be possessed of an automobile at the time of my
death, such automobile shall be given to my sister, Ruth A.
satchwell, as a specific bequest.
4.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate is to
divided into four (4) equal shares, one share apportioned to each
of my four (4) brothers and sisters or to their surviving
children ~ stirpes should any of such brothers or sisters have
predeceased me. At the time of the writing of this Will, the
division would be as follows:
One (1) share to Ruth Satchwell, of Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

Indiana.
One (1) share to Mary Essenmacher of El Cajon,
California.
One (1) share to be divided between the children
of my deceased brother Charles Locke, Rosemary Taylor
of Dayton, Ohio and Thomas Locke of canton, ohio.
5.
Should my niece, Marilyn Lane, provide any services for me
after the death of her mother, Ruth A. Satchwell, I wish it to be
understood that any such services which were not paid for by me
during my lifetime should be billed against and considered to be
a debt of my estate.
6.
I nominate, constitute and appoint stephen Lane, husband of
my niece Marilyn Lane, to be the Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament. If he should predecease me, or for any other
reason be unable to act, or to continue to act, as such Executor,
I appoint Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company to be the
Executor in his place and stead. I further direct that they
shall not be required to file bond or other security in the
Office of the Register of wills for the purpose of administering
my Estate.
7.
I authorize and empower my personal representatives, in his
sole and absolute discretion, to purchase or otherwise acquire
and retain any investments of which I die seized, or any real or
personal property of any nature: to sell, lease, pledge,
mortgage, transfer, exchange, dispose of, or grant options in
regard to any or all property of any kind forming a part of my
Estate for such terms and such prices as he may deem advisable:
to borrow money for any purposes connected with the protection
and preservation of my Estate: to mortgage or pledge any real or
personal property forming a part of my Estate: or to join in or
secure the partition of same: to compromise any claims or demands
of my Estate against others or of others against my Estate: to
make distribution in kind and to cause any share to be composed
of cash, property in undivided fractional shares in property
