Please accept my sincere sympathy on the untimely passing of
your son, steve.
since steve used Ruth's address as his official residence,
it appears appropriate for Ruth to make application for Letters
of Administration on steve's estate. Accordingly, an application
for Letters of Administration was duly filed with the Register of
wills of Cumberland County on April 10, 1995.
You and Ruth are listed as steve's sole heirs. The
application requests that Ruth be named administratrix of the
Estate.
If you have any information which will assist Ruth in
administering the Estate, please feel free to send it to me.

Dear Ladies:
On April 10, 1995, I appeared with Ruth A. Sechrist and
submitted her petition for grant of letters of administration on
the estate of Steven Wayne Markle, deceased. On the same date, I
submitted to you a copy of my letter to the decedent's father,
Wayne Markle, to advise Mr. Markle of Mrs. Sechrist's application
for letters of administration.
Enclosed is a copy of a letter which I have just received
dated April 18, 1995, from Wayne Markle's attorney. Please note
the statement in the first paragraph of the letter which
indicates that Mr. Markle has no objection to Mrs. Sechrist's
application for letters of administration and does not wish to
seek appointment as co-administrator.
Under these circumstances, I believe you are in a position
to issue the Letters of Administration at this time. Please send
the same to me.

Dear Attorney Snelbaker:
I represent Mr. Wayne Markle. Please be advised that Mr.
Markle has no objection to Mrs. Sechrist's application to be
named Administratrix of the Estate of their son. In the interest
of expediency and simplification of the administration process,
he will not seek appointment as a co-administrator.
All that we request is that Mr. Markle be kept informed of
estate matters in a timely fashion. My client has been in
contact with the American Embassy in Honduras and they will be
sending copies of death certificates and the official police
report on the incident of Steven's death. These will be sent to
both Mrs. Sechrist and Mr. Markle.
Any information that comes to my client which will aid in
the administration of the estate will be forwarded to your office
in a timely manner.
Mr. Markle was informed by Mrs. Sechrist's husband that
there was a life insurance policy naming him ceneficiary. It was
apparently a policy which Mr. Markle had secured when Steven was
a child. Would you please have your client forward that policy
so we may file a claim.
Mr. Markle is still looking into the possibility of having
Steven's remains brought to the United States. It appears
however, that such an effort may be in vain because of the method
of burial in Honduras. We will inform you and your client of the
status of this effort as information is made available to us.

RELEASE
WHEREAS, STEVEN WAYNE MARKLE, late of Hampden Township,
County of Cumberland and Commonwsalth of Pennsylvania, died
intestate on March 28, 1995 and Letters of Administration
were issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, on May 25, 1995 to RUTH A. SECHRIST, as
Administratrix; and
WHEREAS, said Administratrix has entered upon and completed
her administration of said Dscedent's Estate as set forth in her
First and Final Account attached heretol and
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, and
each of us, the said RUTH A. SECHRIST and J. WAYNE MARKLE, being
the heirs at law of the Decedent and the persons entitled to
share in the distribution of the Estate of said Decedent under
the intestate law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do hereby
declare and say that we, and each of us, have examined the
attached Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution, and find
the same to be acceptable; and
NOW, THEREFORE, we, the said RUTH A. SECHRIST and J. WAYNE
MARKLE, heirs as aforesaid, do by these presents, remise,
release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said RUTH A.
SECHRIST, Administratrix, her heirs, executors and
administrators, of and from our said shares or dividends of the
Estate aforesaid, and of and from all actions, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by
reason thereof, or of any act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever,
from the beginning of the world to the day and date of these
presents.
AND, desiring to avoid the delay and expense of the
settlement of said Estate by filing the foregoing Account of said
administration in the Office of the Register of Wills of said
Cumberland County and by having said Account presented to the
Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County, pennsylvania, for audit and confirmation, we,
do hereby agree, individually, that the foregoing Account and
Statement concerning the matter of settlement may be filed with
said Register of Wills with the same effect upon us, and each of
us, as if the same had been presented to audit and duly confirmed
by said Court.
AND in consideration of the aforesaid settlement being made
without the aid of such Court of Common Pleas - Orphan's Court
Division, that we, and each of us, the said RUTH A. SECHRIST and
J. WAYNE MARKLE, do hereby agree that if any debts or demands
other than those included in the above referenced First and Final
Account, as hereinbefore set forth, shall be hereafter recovered
