I, CATHRINE L. BUCHER, of 2722 Ritner Highway, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby
revoking all wills heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my personal representative to pay all of my
debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
2. I authorize and empower my personal representative to
sell any realty and/or personalty owned by me at my death and not
specifically devised or bequeathed herein, at either public or
private sale or sales and to give good and sufficient deeds
and/or bills of sale therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if
living. My representative is authorized and empowered to engage
in any business in which I may be engaged at my death, for such
period of time after my death as seems expedient to said
representative.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of
whatever nature and wherever situate as follows:
A. I direct that my personal representatives shall
divide my photographs among my children, giving to each
child, as much as possible, those pictures which are of
themselves and their respective families, and dividing all
other photographs among my children. In making this
division, the decision of my personal representatives shall
be in their sole discretion;
B. I direct that mt personal representatives divide my
dishes, furniture and personal effects among my children as
equitably as possible, taking into consideration the
requests of my children. In making this division, the
decision of my personal representatives shall also be in
their sole discretion; and all the
C. Rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give,
devise and bequeath as follows:
1.) 2% to the Huntsdale Church of the Brethern,
for general purposes; and
2.) The balance to my children, share and share
alike, the child or children of any deceased child
taking the share their parent would have taken if
living.
4. I nominate and appoint my sons, John L. Bucher and
Frances O. Bucher, or the survivor thereof, to be the co-personal
representatives of my estate, to serve without bond. If for any
reason neither of my sons can or do serve then I appoint Gloria

representatives without the filing of any bond and with the same
powers.
5. I suggest that my personal representative retain the
services of Irwin, Irwin & HcKnight, Carlisle, Pennsylvania in
the settlement of my estate.

at said person's request, in said person's presence and in the
