I, EDNA BURNER SUDDUTH, o{ New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being o{ sound and disposing mind and memory, do
make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and annulling any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I _ I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon after my decease as may be round convenient.
ITEM n _ I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real, per-
sonal or mixed, to my beloved husband, John William Sudduth. Should my
husband predecease me, or should he {ail to survive me {or a period o{ {Uteen
(is) days, or should we die under such conditions as it is not possible to deter-
mine which o{ us has died first, then I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate
in equal shares, to my two children, William Harry Sudduth and John Edward
Sudduth, in equal shares, per stirpes.
ITEM III _ It is my intent that the children be given an opportunity
to select personal property in kind, that they may desire to have, and U the
personal property cannot be amicably divided in kind, then it shall be sold,
and the proceeds equally divided between the parties.
The grandfather clock which is in our home at the present time,

is the property of William Harry Sudduth, he having received this as the
beneficiary of the estate of Eddie Fisher. The drop leaf table, two rockers
and three hard bottom chairs, which are all antiques, are the property of
John Edward Sudduth, he having received these as the beneficiary of the
estate of Eddie Fisher.
ITEM IV - I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, John
William Sudduth, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
Should my said husband predecease me, or for any reason refuse or be
unavailable to serve as such Executor, then I nominate, constitute and appoint
my two sons, William Harry Sudduth and John Edward Sudduth, to be Co-Executors
of this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM V - I confer upon my Executor or Co-Executors, the power
to sell any real estate or personal property which may at anytime form part of
my estate, for such prices, upon such terms, In such way or manner, and
in such interest in estates as may be deemed wise, and to make good deeds
therefor, for the purchasers thereof, without any obligation on the latter to see
to or be responsible for the application of the purchase moneYi and any other
function, which in the discretion of my Executor or Co-Executors, would be in
the best interests of this estate.
ITEM VI - I suggest that in the event either of my sons should
desire to live in the home which we now occupy, that he be given an opj)ortunity

to purchase the share of such son as would not desire to live In the home, a
reasonable price to be obtained from the then market value of the property.

ITEM VII - I direct that no person serving as Executor or
Co-Executors under this Will, be required to enter security In any juris-
diction In which any of them may act as such.
ITEM VIII - Should any per30n taking under this Will be a minor,
then I direct that my Executor hold such share of such minor in trust, until such
minor reaches the age of twenty-one years, at which time he or she shall receive
such share absolutely. During the minol;'lty of such minor, my Executor is hereby
empowered to use such amount of the interest and/or principal of the estate of
that particular mh'-or, for the care, health, welfare, maintenance and education
of such minor.
