her possession or under her control which belong to Monica Kendall Cowan, formerly
known as Monica L. Kendall, AND the "Petition for Adjudication of Incapacity and
Appointment of a Guardian" filed by Barbara Kendall, is hereby dismissed, with
prejudice.
