I, the undersigned, CEDOMIR CRNOGORAC, presently residing at 339 East Meadow Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055, do hereby make this as and for my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and I do hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate as soon as may be convenient after my decease. 2. I direct that all inheritance, estate and succession taxes which become due and payable by reason of my decease, shall be paid out of my estate with the same effect as if said taxes were expenses of administration and the personal representative of my estate shall have no duty or right to obtain reimbursement for the payment of any of said taxes. 3. I give all the remainder of my estate to my wife, Leesa Troy Crnogorac, also known as Barbara Jean Crnogorac. 4. If my wife, Leesa Troy Crnogorac, also known as Barbara Jean Crnogorac, predeceases me, or if she and I die simultaneously, or if she dies within five (5) days after my decease, then my Will is as follows: (a) I give the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to Saint Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, Steelton, Pennsylvania. (b) I give all the remainder of my estate to my granddaughters, namely, Zeljana Crnogorac and Nives Crnogorac, -1- , - ~ Brac'e Borozan 11/8, 58000 Split, Yugoslavia. 5. If any beneficiary of my remainder estate has not attained the age of thirty (30) years, then I give the share of such beneficiary to Thomas S. Long, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, IN TRUST, for the following uses and purposes: (a) Said trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the assets of said trust, collect the income therefrom, and shall pay the income therefrom to the beneficiary in quarterly installment payments, and shall apply so much of the principal assets of said trust as said Trustee, in his sole discretion, may deem necessary for the health, comfort, maintenance, support and education of the said beneficiary, and after said beneficiary attains the age of thirty (30) years, said Trustee shall proceed to terminate the said trust, and after paying all expenses incident to the management and termination thereof, shall then distribute the net remaining assets to the said beneficiary. If the beneficiary of the aforesaid trust dies before attaining the age of thirty (30) years, the proceeds of said trust shall go to such beneficiary's children, in equal shares, with the share of any child under the age of thirty (30) years to continue to be held in trust until said child attains the age of thirty (30) years. If any beneficiary dies before attaining the age of thirty (30) years, without issue, then such deceased beneficiary's share shall go to such beneficiary's sister, and continue to be held as hereinbefore set forth. 6. If any beneficiary of my remainder estate has not attained the age of thirty (30) years, then I give the share of such beneficiary to Thomas S. Long, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, IN TRUST, for the following uses and purposes: (a) Said trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the assets of said trust, collect the income therefrom, and shall pay the income therefrom to the beneficiary in quarterly installment payments, and shall apply so much of the principal assets of said trust as said Trustee, in his sole discretion, may deem necessary for the health, comfort, maintenance, support and education of the said beneficiary, and after said beneficiary attains the age of thirty (30) years, said Trustee shall proceed to terminate the said trust, and after paying all expenses incident to the management and termination thereof, shall then distribute the net remaining assets to the said beneficiary.
