granted and eonveyed unto George T. lUder and Margaret B. lUder, his
wife. The said George T. Rlder died November 24, 1964 with title vested In
Margaret B. Rlder, the decedent, The said property was sold to Keith W.
Polito and Marcella Polito, husband and wife on September 29, 1995.

year 1995, between RAYMOND E. MULL, JR., and VIRGINIA F. MULL I Co-
Executors of the Last Will and Testament of MARGARET B. RIDER, late of
the Borough of New Cumberland, County of cumberland, and Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania; of the first part, hereinafter called the Grantors,
-AND-
KEITH W. POLITO and MARCELLA POLITO, husband and wife, of the
second part, hereinafter called the Grantee;
WHEREAS, the said MARGARET B. RIDER became in her lifetime
seised, as of feel of and in to a certain tract of land, together with
the improvements thereon erected, situate in the Borough of New
Cumberland I County of Cumberland I and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania I
and more particularly described hereinafter; and being so thereof
seised, died on June 91 a9951 having first made her Last Will and
Testament in writing dated January 281 19921 duly probated and regis-
tered in the Office of the Register of wills of Cumberland County on
June 21, 1995, wherein and whereby she appointed as Co-Executors I the
said RAYMOND E. MULL, JR'I and VIRGINIA F. MULL I to whom letters

testamentary were duly issued by said Register of Wills on June 211
1995, and wherein and whereby said premises hereinafter described were
not specifically devised, all as in and by said will and the records
of said Register of Wills more fully appears;
NOW THIS INDENTURE ~TNESSETHI that the said Grantorsl for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100
($150,000.00) Dollarsl which has been paid to them by the said Grantee
at or before the sealing and delivery hereofl receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained I soldl alienedl released
and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain I selll alieni
release and confirm unto the said Grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in the Borough of New
Cumberland I County of Cumberland I and Commonwealth of Pennsyl-
vanial bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BOUNDED on the South by Fifteenth Street; on the West by Lot No.
22, Section "E" in a Plan of Lots hereinafter mentioned; on the
North by Lot No. 15, Section "E" in a Plan of Lots hereinafter
mentioned; on the East by Lot No. 24, Section "E" in a Plan of
Lots hereinafter mentioned.
BEING Lot No. 231 Section "E", Plan of Hillsidel said Plan being
recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County in
plan Book No.1, Page 75.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to the conditions and restrictions contained in
former deeds.
HAVING thereon erected a dwelling house known and numbered as 419
West 15th Street.
BEING the same premises which Charles W. J. Whitcroft and
Margaret E. Whitcroft, husband and wife, by their deed dated May
21, 1949, and recorded May 241 19491 in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County I Pennsylvania I in
Deed Book D, No. 14, Page 3411 granted and conveyed unto George
T. Rider and Margaret B. Riderl the decedent herein. The said

George T. Rider having died November 24, 19641 whereby title
vested in Margaret B. Rider, the surviving joint tenants.
TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways,
streets I alleys, passages, watersl water-courses I rights, liberties I
privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever I thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and
remainders I rents, issues and profits thereofl and all the estate I
right, title I interest I property I claim and demand whatsoever of herl
the said MARGARET B. RIDER, at and immediately before the time of her
decease I in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever I ofl inl to or out of
the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lot or piece of ground above
described, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected I
hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intended
