I, .DalO'DIY E. MYEIlS, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of
Cun'berland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testamentf hereby revoking and making void all formar wills, codicils and
other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as
practicable after my decease all my just debt.s and the expenses of my
last illness and burial.
2.
I givef devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my Estate, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, unto my brotherf Byron
V. Broughtf providing he 'survives me by sixty (60) days. .
3.
Should my said brother, Byron V. Brought, predecease me or die
on or before the sixtieth day following my death, then and in that event,
I dis~se of all the restf residue and r.emainder of my Estate as follows:
(A) I give and bequeath one-half (1/2) thereof unto my niece,
Sharon M. Stambaugh. Should my said niecef Sharon M.
Stambaugh, predecease mef then and in that event, I give
and bequeath the share of my Estate to which my niece,
Sharon M. Stambaugh, would have been entitled had she
survived me unto her daughtersf Robin Walker and Lori Ann'
Stambaugh, equally, share and share alike. Should either
Robin Walker or Lori Ann Stambaugh likewise predecease me,
then and in that event f I give and bequeath the said
one-half (1/2) interest of my estate unto the survivor of
them.
(B) I give and bequeath one-fourth (1/4) thereof unto my
niece, Barbara Brought Hernandez, or. her issue per
stirpes.
(e) I give and bequeath the remaining one-fourth (1/4) thereof
unto my nephew, Byron Paul Brought, or his issue per
stirpes.
4.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my brotherf Byron V.
Brou~ht, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. Should my brother,
Byron V. Brought, fail to qualify or cease to act as Exeoutor, I hereby..
appoint Robin Walker, Executrix, of this my Last Will.

WHEREAS, Dorothy E. Myers, single woman, June 14, 1995 leaving a
Last Will and Testament dated Septerrber 28, 1994 wherein and whereby she
gave, devised and bequeathed the residue of her Estate after the payment of
her just debts and funeral expenses unto her brother, Byron V. Brought
providing he survived the Testatrix by sixty (60) days: and
WHmEAS, the said Byron V. Brought survived the Testatrix by
sixty (60) days: and
WHmEAS, the residue of the Estate of Dorothy E. Myers, deceased,
is distributable to her brother, Byron V. Brought.
IOl ml'l ALL KEN BY THESE PR&'lmrs, that I, Byron V. Brought, the
Bole residuary legatee, devisee and distributee of the Estate of said
decedent, and the only person entitled to share in the distribution of said
Estate, do hereby declare and say that I, have examined the for.egoing
account and Schedule of Distribution and find the same to be true and
correct and in strict accordance with the terms and provisions of said
Will, and do hereby acknowledge that I, this day have had and received of
and from Byron V. Brought, Personal Representative of the Estate of Dorothy
E. Myers, the cash set opposite my name in the above stated Schedule of
Distribution in full satiE,faction, plYlnent and discharge of all such sum or
sums of ll'Cney, legacies and bequests, share or shares, purparts and
dividends which were due, owing payable and belonging to me by any means
whatsoever, for or on account of my full share, part or dividend of the
Estate of the said decedent and all interest accrued thereon.
IOl THEREFORE, I, the said residuary legateef devisee and
distributee of the Estate of Dorothy E. Myers, deceased, do by these
presents remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said Byron
V. Brought, his heirs, executors and administrators, of and from my said
share or dividend of said Estate aforesaid, and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for
or by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day and date of these
said presents.
AND, desiring to avoid the delaying and expense of the settlement
of the said Estate by filing the foregoing Account of said administration
in the Office of the clerk of the Orphans' Court of said County, and by
having the balance in the hands of the Executor, a3 shown by said Account,
distributed by an auditor appointed by the Orphans' Court Division, of the
Court of Conrnon Pll3as of Cumberland County, I do hereby agree that the
foregoing statement concerning the manner of settlement may be r"corded
with the same effect upon me as if the same had been reported by the said
Court of COmmon Pleas - Orphans' Court Division.
AND, in consideration of the aforesaid settlement being made
without the aid of said Court of COll11lOn pleas - Orphans' Court Division,
that I do hereby agree that if any debts or demands other than those

included with The First and Final Account of the said Byron V. Brought,
Executor of the Estate of Dorothy E. Myers, deceased, as heroinbefore set
fcrth, shall be hereafter recovered ~gainst the Estate of said decedent and
be legally payable cut of the same, that I shall return to said Executor

WHEREAS, Dorothy E. Myers, single wcman, June 14, 1995 leaving ~
Last Will and Testament dated September 28, 1994 wherein and whereby she
gave, devised and bequeathed the residue of her Estate after the payment of
her just debts and funeral expenses unto her brother, Uyron V. Brollght
providing he survived the Testatrix by sixty (60) daysl and
WHEREAS, the said Byron V. Brought survived the Testatrix by
sixty (60) days; and
WHEREAS, the residue of the Estate of Dorothy E. Myers, deceased,
is distrioutable to her brother, Byron V. urought.
NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Byron V. Urought, the
sole residuary legatee, devisee and distributee of the Estate of said
decedent, and the only person entitled to share in the distribution of said
Estate, do hereby declare and say that I, have exami ned the foregoing
account and Schedule of Distribution and find the same to 00 true and
correct and in strict accordance with the terms and provisions of said
Will, and do hereby acknowledge that If this day have had and received of
and from Byron V. Brought, Personal Representative of the Estate of Dorothy
E. Myersf the cash set opposite my name in the above stated Schedule of
Distribution in full satiE,factionf p,lymemt and discharge of all such sum or
sums of moneYf legacies and bequests, share or sharesf purpart!! and
dividends which were dlle, owing payable and belonging to me by any means
whatsoeverf for or on account of my full share, part or dividend of the
Eatate of the said decedent and all interest accrued thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, I, the said residuary legatee, devisee and
distributee of the Estate of Dorothy E. Myers, deceased, do by the~e
presents remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said Byron
V. Brought, his heirs, executors and admi.nistrators, of and from my said
share or dividend of said Estate aforesaid, and of and from all actions,
sui ts, payments, accounts, recl;onings, claims and demands whatsoever, for
or by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever, frOln the beginning of the world to the day and date of these
said presents.
AND, desiring to avoid the delaying and expense of the settloment
of the said Estate by filing the foregoing Account of said administration
in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans I Court of said County, and by
having the balanc~ in the hands of the Executor f as shown by said Account,
distributed by an auditor appointed by the Orphans I Court Division, of the
Court of COlTTnon Pleas of Cumberland County, I do hereby agree that the
foregoing statement concerning the manner of settlement may be recorded
with the same effect upon llIe as if the same had been reported by the said
Court of Common pleas - orphans' Court Division.
AND, in consideration of the aforesaid settlement being IMde
