ITEM I
I order and direct my ExecutX'ix, heX'einafter named, to pay
all of my just debts and expenses involved or connected with the
administration of my estate as soon afteX' my death as il
realonably possible. HoweveX', my Executrix need not accelerate
and pay those unmatnred obligations which, in her opinion, might
be proper and more advantageous to retain oX' renew and pay as
they become due and payable. Should any real property pass under
my Will, it shall pass subject to any mortgage or lien thereon.
ITEM II
I direct my Executrix to provide for a funeral service in
conformity with my station in life, with burial in Rolling Green
Memorial Gardens, Inc., Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
ITEM III
I give, devise and bequeath all of the remainder of my
eltate, real or personal, and my property of every kind and
description (including lapsed legacies and devises), wherever
situate and whetheX' acquiX'ed before or after the execution of
this Will, to my wife, MARY LOU BRANDT. My wife and I have four
ohildren, Doloras Hyers, Mary C. Walters, RUlsell B. Brandt, Jr.
and Jeffrey L.W. Brandt, each of whom has been amply provided for
by UI through the years. Therefore, if my wife shall not survive
me, then I order and diX'ect that all of the remainder of my

In the event that my wife, MARY LOU BRAIfD'l', and I should die
simultaneously or under circumstances as to render it impossible
to determine who predeceased the other, or within thirty (30)

shall be deemed to have survived me.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as Executrix of
this my Last Will and Testament my wife, MARY LOU BRAIID'l', and
direct that she shall serve without requirement of bond or
surety. By way of illustration and not of limitation and in
addition to any inherent, implied or statutory power II granted to
executors generally, my Executrix is specifically authorized to
and empowered with respect to any property, real or personal, at
any time held under any provision of this my Will, to dlot,
allocate between principal and income, assign, borrow, buy, care
for, collect, compromise claims, contract with respect to,
continua any businoss of mille, convey, convert, deal with,
dispose of, enter into, exchange, hold, improve, incorporate any
businells of mine, invest, lease, manage, mortqage, grant and
exercise options with respeot to, take possession of, pledge,
receive, release, repair, sell, sue for, to make dietributions in
cash or in kind or partly in each without regard to the inoome
tax basis of such asset, and in qeneral to exerche all of the
powers in the management of my Estate which any individual would
exercise in the management of similar property owned in her own

best, and to execute and deliver any and all instruments and to
do all acts which my Executrix may deem proper or necenary to
