LAST WILL
I, HELEN M. BOSTOCK, of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any
wills previously made by me.
I. I bequeath to the individuals named the items as shown on
a separate list in my handwriting dated September 28, 1981, which
list will be fouud with my Will.
II. I devise and bequeath my residence at 32 East Ridge street,
Carlisle, cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with all re-
maining tangible personal property located therein to my daughter,
Judith Louise Bostock.
III. I devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate
of whatever nature or wherever situated in equal shares to my
children, William F. Bostock, Nary Elizabeth Parisi, Barbara Ann
Bell and Judith Louise Bostock. The share of any child as may be
deceased shall go to his or her children, if any, and if not, shall
be divided among my remaining children.
IV. All estate, inheritance, succession and other taxes im-
posed or payable by reason of my death, and interest and penalties
thereon, with respect to all property comprising my gross estate
for death tax ~urposes, whether or not such property passes under
this will, shall he paid out of my estate as if such taxes were
administrative expenses, without apportionment or right of reim-
bursement. I authorize my Executor to pay all such taxes at such
time or times as may be deemed advisable.
V. I appoint my daughters, Barbara Ann Bell and Judith Louise
r~' Bostock, to be executors of this my Will. I direct that my execU-
tors shall not be reqUired to file bond in this or any other juris-

diction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereuato set my haad and seal to
this my Last Will, this 28th day of September, 1981.

other each signed by the testator, was on the date thereof pub-
lished and declared by Helen U. Bostock, as and for her Last Will

that she had signed willingly, and that she executed it as her
free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, and
that each of the witnesses, in the presence and hearing of the
