CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Mary E. Koon Kurtz, of Carlisle, county of Cumberland
and commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish and
deolare this to be a Codicil to my Last Will and Testament which
Last Will and Testament is dated the 27th day of September, 1984,
in manner and form following.
FIRST: I ratify and affirm each and every provision of
my prior Will as aforementioned, excepting as set forth herein.
SECOND: I hereby delete Item XII of my Last will and
Testament dated the 27th day of september, 1984.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal on
this, the first and last page of my Codicil to my Last will and

of the witnesses, in the presence and hearing of the Testatrix,

ITEM IX. I give and bequeath to Sharon McCommon my two perfume
bottles with silver decorations.
ITEM X. An of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
of every nature and wheresoever situate I devise and bequeath as
follows:
1. One-third thereof to my husband Jesse E. Kurtz. Should
my husband, Jesse E. Kurtz, predecease me I give, devise and bequeath
the one-third provided for him to his three daughters, Lois K.
McCommon, Nan K. Baker and Mary K. Shenberger, share and share alike.
2. Two-ninths thereof to John S. Morgan of Lancaster,
Pennsylvania provided that if he predeceases me this share shall
be given to his children share and share alike.
3. Two-ninths to my sister Muriel Morgan Parmer of Lancaster,
Pennsylvania provided, however, that if she predeceases me then
such share shall go to her daughter, Mary Ann Shep]ar.
4. Two-ninths to Robel't J. Burns, my nephew by marriage,
provided, however, that if he shall predecease me then his share
shall go to his two daughters, Kathleen and Margaret Ann Burns,
share and share alike.

This ring contains three round full cut diamonds and two
round single cut diamonds. The center round full cut
diamond is set in a navette shaped plate with a round single
cut on each stde and a round full cut bezel set on each end.
There is open gold work betwesn the diamonds. The center
diamond measuces 2mm in diameter and weighs approximately
.03 carat. The single cut diamonds measure 1.7mm in
diameter and have an approximnte total weight of .04 carat.
The end round full cut diamonds measure 2.4mm in diameter
and have an approximate total weight of .10 carat. The
diamonds are S-I in clari ty and "G" in color. The ring
measures 6.SSmm wide in the front and 2mm wide in the back,

ring. This ring contains a center round brilliant cut
diamond which measures 4.65mm - 4.72mm in diameter, 2.S5mm
deep and Weighs approximately .34 carat. This diamond is

prong set in a round illusion style head. There are also
two round single cut diamonds, one set on each side of the
center diamond in a navetta shaped plate. These diamonds
men sure I,Smm in diameter and have an approximate total
weight of .04 carat. The shank is plain with a elight twist
