I, charles L. carruthers, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament and revoke any wills previously made by me.
I. I direct that all my just debts, taxes and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid from my residuary estate, as soon as practicabl
after my deccase, as a part of the expenscs of the administration of
my estate.
II. All the residue of my property and estate, real, per-
sonal, and mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated, I
give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Doris M. Carruthers, if she
survives me by thirty (30) days.
III. If my wife does not survive me as aforesaid, I give,
devise and bequeath all of the aforesaid residue to my children who
are born after the execution of this will.
and
IV. If my wife does not survive me as afresaid,/should
there be no children born to my wife and me after the execution of
this Will, then I give, devise and bequeath all of the aforesaid
residue to my daughters, cheryl Lee Peters, Connie Louise carruthers
and cindy Lou carruthers, in equal shares to each.
V. I appoint my wife, Doris M. Carruthers, as Executrix of
this, my Last Will. If my wife shall fail to qualify or cease to
act as Executrix, then I appoint George E. Hoffer Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunt~set~ hand and seal to
this, my Last will, this I.J day of ~ , 1972.
