I, DOROTHY E. FRAKER, Df Wes t Pennsboro Township, Cumberla d
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revDke all
wills which I have previously made.
I I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate unto
my husband, Frank B. Fraker, if he shall survive me, absolutely and
in fee simple.
II If my husband shall not survive me, I direct my
executor hereinafter named to sell at either public or private sale
all of my real and personal prDperty, and to add the prDceeds there-
from to my residuary estate, which I give in equal shares to my five
living children, Frank W. Fraker, Charles J. Fraker, Lee F. Fraker,
Jean B. Gleim and Richard E. Fraker, if living, and if any child shall
fail to survive me, the share of said child shall lapse and be added
to the shares Df the children who survive me.

ACCOUNTING, RBCBIPT AND RBLBASE
WHEREAS, the decedent, Dorothy E. Fraker, died testate on
June 19, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the decedent's Last Will and Testament provided as
followSI
"I. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate
unto my husband, Frank B. Fraker, if he shall
survive me, absolutely and in fee simple.
II. If my husband shall not survive me, I direct my
executor hereinafter named to sell at either
pUblic or private sale all of my real and personal
property, and to add the proceeds therefrom to my
residuary estate, which I give in equal shares to
my five living children, Frank W. Fraker, Charles J.
Fraker, Lee F. Fraker, Jean E. Gleim and Richard E.
Fraker, if living, and if any child shall fail to
survive me, the share of said child shall lapse
and be added to the shares of the children who
survive me.
III. I appoint my husband, Frank B. Fraker, as executor
of this my last will and testament; if for any
reason he shall fail to qualify or cease to act as
such, I appoint as alternate executor my son,
Frank W. Fraker...", and
WHEREAS, Frank B. Fraker, husband of the dec~dent, predeceased
on November 4, 1981, and Lee F. Fraker, son of the decedent,
predeceased on May 26, 1992, and
WHEREAS, Frank W. Fraker, Charles J. Fraker, Jean E. Gleim,
and Richard E. Fraker, survived the decedent, and
WHEREAS, Frank W. Fraker qualified as Executor of the
decedent's Estate, and Letters Testamentary were granted to him
on July 10, 1995, and

WHEREAS, the Executor, during the course of the administration
of the Estate, filed an Inventory and Appraisement of the Estate
assets as follows I
Personal Property
$30,943.63
Said Inventory and Appraisement has been approved and accepted by
the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and
WHEREAS, the Executor has further filed his Statement of
Debts and Deductions in the sum of $7,223.46, which deductions
have been accepted by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and
WHEREAS, there remains subject to Pennsylvania inheritance
tax the sum of $23,720.35, taxable at the rate of six percent
(6%), being tax of $1,423.22, which was paid as follows I
September 14, 1995, paid on account of $22,607.00 at six percent
(6%), $1,368.42 less five percent (5%) discount of $66.42, and
December 12, 1995, paid on account of $913.35 at six percent
(6%), $54.80, and
WHEREAS, the Executor has received additional monies which
are not required to be inventoried, nor are they subject to
Pennsylvania inheritance tax as followsl

the decedent, and

beneficiaries the sum of $28,598.16, which is to be distributed
as followsl

Jean E. Gleim - k of residue as cash $7,149.54
Charles J. Fraker - k of residue as cash $7,149.54
Richard E. Fraker - k of residue as cash $7,149.54
RELEASE
NOW THEREFORE, this indenture witnesseth that in
consideration of the premises and the accounting set forth
attached hereto, and the payment of the sum as set forth to me,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from the said
Executor, Frank W. Fraker, I, the undersigned, do hereby release
and forever discharge the said Executor, from all actions,
demands, claims or further accounting whatsoever with relation to
the Estate of Dorothy E. Fraker for and on account of the
administration of the Estate or for any act or thing done or
committed or neglected by the said Executor in relation thereof.
