I, LOUISE A. KING, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and
understanding, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all other wills and
Codicils that I have made, including the will dated June 2, 1981.
FIRST I I direct that the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars be given to GOOD SHEPHERD ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, so that masses may be said for the repose of
my soul.
SECOND I
with respect to the real estate which I own at 320
Lamp Post Lane, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, I
direct that this property be sold at public or private sale, at
the sole discretion of the Executrix of my estate, and that the
proceeds become a part of my residuary estate.
THIRDI I give and bequeath to the individuals whose names
are set forth in the first column of the Schedule attached to
this, my Last Will and Testament, the respective legacies set
opposite to such names in the second column of the said Schedule.
I have signed this Schedule in the margin for purposes of
identification. Should any of these listed individuals fail to
survive me by thirty (30) days or should said person for any
reason be unable, or otherwise refuse, to accept the gift, then

that gift shall become a part of my residuary sstate.
FOURTH: All the rest, rssidue, and remainder of my Estate,
of whatever nature and wherever situate, I give, devise, and
bequeath to those of my children who survive me by thirty (30)
days: PETER D. KING of Clearwater, Florida; ELLEN L. KOONTZ of
West Richland, Washington; NANCY J. TREVASKIS, of Waterford,
Michigan; CHRISTINE KING MURPHY, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; and
JOSEPH A. KING, of Richland, Washington. Should any of my
children fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, but be
represented by children then living, these children shall take,
~ stiroes, the share to which my child would have been entitled
if then living.
FIFTH: with regard to any personal property passing under
Paragraph Fourth herein, which is not included on the
aforementioned schedule, I direct that distribution shall be made
among my children on the basis of random selection and that the
values as finally determined for Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
purposes shall be determinative with regard to the values of the
property chosen. "Random selection" shall mean that the persons
entitled to share in the tangible personal property shall make
their selections in an order or manner mutually agreed upon among
themselves. If they cannot agree on such an order, the order
shall be established by the drawing of lots in the presence of an
agent of my fiduciary. Any ultimate disparity among my children
with regard to the value of the property chosen by each shall be
equalled by such payments among them as may be necessary. If any
one of my children is not living at the time of such selection,

the choices to which he or she would have been entitled shall be
made by those of his issue who are then at least twenty-one (21)
years of age, with the order of selection among such issue being
on a random basis in the same manner as provided above.
SIXTH: It is my desire and intention that all of my
children should share equally in the property which my late
husband and I are able to pass to them at my death. At the death
of my late husband, two of my children, CHRISTINE KING MURPHY,
and JOSEPH A. KING, each received a sum of $17,688.00. My other
three children did not receive any such funds. Accordingly, with
the intention of equalizing the treatment of all of my children
and the property distributed to them, I direct that in order to
calculate the shares of my children by taking into consideration
the advancements of $17,688.00 received by Christine King Murphy
and Joseph A. King, the respective shares of each of my children
in my Residuary Estate shall be determined as follows:
A. My Executrix shall first determine the value of all
property paseing under Paragraph Fourth, being the total value of
my Residuary Estate;
B. This total amount shall then be divided into as many
equal shares as there are children of mine who survive me by
thirty (30) days or who fail to survive me as required but leave
children who do survive;
C. Those of the above shares which are shares for CHRISTINE
KING MURPHY and JOSEPH A. KING, or their children, if any, shall
each be reduced by the amount of $17,688.00, but not below zero;
D. The total amount so subtracted from these shares, being

$17,688.00 or less from each, shall then be distributed equally
among the other shares determined under B. above, until each of
those other shares equals $17,688.00, with no such distribution
if those other shares already equal or exceed that amount;
E. Once those other shares equal or exceed $17,688.00, all
of the rest and remainder of the amount subtracted from the
shares of Christine King Murphy and Joseph A. King, or their
children, if any, shall be distributed equally among all of the
shares determined under B. above, including the shares of
Christine King Murphy and Joseph A. King, or their children, if
any.
F. As it is not my desire to cause Christine King Murphy or
Joseph A. King, or their children, to owe any money to my estate
or to make payments thereon as a result of the above
computations, I direct that no amounts shall be charged to or
owing from any of them should the total value of my Residuary
Estate be insufficient to allocate at least $17,688.00 to each of
the shares determined under B. above.
SEVENTH: All interests of any beneficiary in the income or
principal of this Estate, while undistributed and in the
possession of my Executrix, even though vested and distributable,
shall not be subject to attachment, execution, or sequestration
for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary and, furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment, conveyance, or anticipation.
EIGHTH: All inheritance, estate, and Succession taxes
(including interest and any penalties thereon) payable by reason

of my death shall be paid out of and be charged generally against
the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement from
any person.
NINTH: I nominate, constitute, and appoint my daughter,
ELLEN L. KOONTZ, as Executrix of this, my Last Will and
Testament. In the event of the renunciation, death, resignation,
or inability of my daughter to act for whatever reason in this
capacity, then I nominate, constitute, and appoint my son, JOSEPH
A. KING, as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament.
I direct that no representative named above shall be
required to post security for the faithful performance of her/his
duties in any jurisdiction insofar as I am able by law to relieve
her/him of such obligation. I request that none of my
representatives accept compensation, except for reimbursement of
actual expenses, for the performance of the duties set forth
here.
