LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
LEE R. MC ALISTER
I, LEE R. MC ALISTER, of 918 North College Street In the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last wm and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wllls
by me at any time heretofore nnde.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix to pay all of my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon aCter my death as may be found convenient to do so.
I direct that my body be interred on a burial lot in Young's Church Cemetery in
Perry County, Pennsylvania, which lot has been acquired by my father-In-law,
Richard L. Schuchman.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real. personal and
mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give. devise and bequeath
to my wife, Helena S. McAlister, her heirs and assigns, to the exclusion of my
children, born and unborn, provided my said wife shall survive me by a period
oC ninety (90) days.
3. Should my said wife, Helena S. McAlister, pre-decease me or fall to
survive me by the aforesaid period of ninety (90) days, then In such event all the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and where-
soever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:
(a) I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, Summer Lee Cook, the set of
china that had previously belonged to her mother:
(b) I give and bequeath to my daughter-In-law, Karen Long McAlister, my wife's
Bicentennial bracelet:
(c) I give and bequeath to my son, Jefrey Lee McAlister, the boat, trailer
and related equipment which belongs'to .me, my gun case and all the' guns, and

(d) I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Jefrey Lee McAlister, lots 7,
8 and 9 located along Creek Road in Carroll Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania:
(e) I give and bequeath to my son, Jefrey Lee McAlister, the claw-Coot dining
room table and six chairs;
(C) I give and bequeath to my son, Jefrey Lee McAlister, the swag light
fixture, green glass and brass, presently hung in the living room of the house at
918 North College Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania;
(g) I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Jefrey Lee McAlister, the right
to purchase the house and lot oC ground at 918 North College Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, at its Cair market value as determined by my Executor, provided
that he shall notify my Executor in writing oC his desire to purchase same within
sixty (60) days aCter my Executor shall notify him in wrltlng of the price which
" has been determined as its Cair market value. Settlement shall then be completed
~ within thirty (30) days oC acceptance oC the price established by my hereinafter
named Executor;

(h) I give and bequeath to my daughter, Signa Ann Cook, her choice oC any
bedroom suite which lawn at the time of my death, the vacuum cleaner which I
may own at the time or my death, anyone television set which I may own at the
time or my death, any automobile which I may own at the time of my death, my
Bicentennial coin collection, and my white penny coin collection. The balance
or my household goods and Curnishings I direct my hereinaCter named Executor
to divide between my children, Jefrey Lee McAlister and Signa Ann Cook, in
whatever manner my Executor deems to be fair and reasonable and which is
agreeable to both or my said children, but if agreement is not reached, then the
same shall be sold at public sale and the net proceeds of such sale added to the
residue or my estate;

(I) I give, devise and bequeath the sum of Four Thollsand ($4,000.00) Dollars
plus one-half of Ihe balance of my estate to Farmers Trust Company and its
successors, One Westlllgh street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, In trust, to receive
and to Invest the same, and to pay Ihe net Income arising therefrom semi-annually
to or for the benefit of my daughter, Signa Ann Cook, until she shall attain the age
of forty-Clve (45) years, at which age one-half of the then corpus of said trust shall
be paid to her, and the remainder of said trust shall be retained by said Trustee
and the net Income thereon continue to be paid semi-annually to my daughter,
Signa Ann Cook, so long as she shall live, and at her death the net Income there-
from shall be paid by said Trustee semi-annually to or for the benefit of each
child of hers who shall survive her, the share of Income of any deceased child
of hers to be paid to the Issue of such child, per stirpes, and If there be no such
Issue, then the Income from such share shall be added per stirpes to the
remaining shares, and upon each Income beneficiary attaining the age of thirty
(30) years, his share of the trust shall be paid to him;
(j) The remaining one-half residue, I give, devise and bequeath to my son,
Jefrey Lee McAlister, his heirs and assigns, but should he pre-decease me, then
to his Issue, per stirpes, and If there be no Issue, then the same should be added
to the trust fund provided In subparagraph (I) above.
4. Should any person less than thirty (30) years of age be entitled to dlstrl-
butlon from my estate, In such event, I nom Inate, consUtu te and appoln t Farmers
Trust Company and Its successors, One West High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
as Guardian of the estate of each such person and authorize and direct It to receive
and to Invest the same, and to pay the Income arising therefrom, together with so
much of the principal thereof as In Its opinion Is necessary or desirable to be
expended for the proper maintenance, support and education of such person, to
or for the beneClt of such person, [lnd upon such person attaining th Irty (30) years
of age to pay to him or her the then remaining principal together with any
undistributed Income.

5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, Helena S.
McAlister, as Executrix of this my Last Wlll and Testament, but should she pre-
decease me or fall to qualify, then in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint
my father-in-law, Richard L. Schuchman, of Box 323, Shermansdale, Pennsylvania,
as alternate or successor Executor, but should he fall to qualify, then in such event
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Jefrey Lee McAlister, as alternate or
successor Executor, and I further direct that none of them shall be required to
post any bond to secure the faithful performance of her or his duties in the
