Enclosed herewith please find a check in the amount of
$2,196.02 which represents the pre-payment of Inheritance Tax on
the above referenced estate. This is the first action and filing
on this estate.
It should be noted that this Estate was not probated due to
the fact that the only asset of the Estate was an annuity
established by the decedent naming his daughter as benefiCiary,
which is not an asset requiring probate. Ne are, therefore,
merely paying tax on the value of that asset at the time of the
decedent's death.
