Ivania, being of sound mind, merrory, and understanding, do nake, publish, and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and naking void all former and

Iprevious Wills and Codicils heretofore nade by me.
I FIRST: 1 order and direct that my Executdx or co-Executrixes hereinafter nalred
shall pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses involved or connected with
the administration of my estate as soon after my death as reasonably possible.
SEXXlND: 1 give, devise and bequeath my entire estate of whatsoever nature and
eresoever situated to my beloved wife, ANNA JE/\N BURKETl', providing that she shall
survive me by thirty (30) days.
THIRD: Should my wife predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day
following my death, I give, devise and bequeath five (5) of the handnade jewelry boxes
in my possession at the time of my death to the Newville Historical Society, said
jewelry boxes to be selected by my Executrix or co-Executrixes hereinafter named.
FOURTH: Should my wife predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th)
day following my death, 1 give, devise, and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand and 00/100
($2,000.00) Dollars to the Newville Historical Society.
FIFTH: Should my wife predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day
following my death, I give, devise and bequeath all the books in my possession to the

hereby make and publish this Codicil to my Last will and
Testament dated Hay 14, 1984.
FIRST
I hereby amend paragraph sixth of said Last will and
Testament to correct the name of Geraldine Travis to Geraldine
Harner.
SECOND
I hereby amend paragraph sixteenth, subparagraph (d), and
paragraph seventeenth of said Last Will and Testament to correct
the name of James G. Fry to James E. Fry.
THIRD
I hereby amend paragraph eighteenth of said Last Will and
Testament as follows; replacing entirely the current paragraph

Should any of the individual beneficiaries named in the
sixth through the twelfth and the fifteenth and sixteenth
paragraphs predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th)
