I, LEWIS B. NEIDHAMMER, of Wormleysburg Borough, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM II
I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate as follows:
A. One-fourth to my son-in-law, G. WILLIAM RAE
B. One-fourth to my granddaughter, JANICE L. RAE.
C. One-fourth to my granddaughter, LINDA RAE HOFFMANN.
D. One-fourth to my grandson, DAVID WILLIAM RAE.
ITEM II: I appoint my granddaughter, JANICE L. RAE, Executrix of
this my Last Will.
ITEM III: No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to
post bond or enter security for the faithful performance of her duties
in any jurisdiction.

DEED
THIS INDENTURE made the day of , in the year
1995, between JANICE L. RAE, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament
of LEWIS B. NEIDHAMMER, late of Wormleysburg Borough, County of
Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, of the first part,
hereinafter called the Grantor,

JAMES A. THORNE, of the second part, hereinafter called the Grantee;
WHEREAS, the said LEWIS B. NEIDHAMMER became in his lifetime
seised, as of fee, of and in to a certain tract of land, together with
the improvements thereon erected, situate in the Borough of
Wormleysburg, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
and more particularly described hereinafter; and being so thereof
seised, died on July 18, 1995, having first made his Last Will and
Testament in writing dated July 13, 1993, duly probated and registered
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on July
19, 1995, wherein and whereby he appointed as Executrix, the said
JANICE L. RAE, to whom letters testamentary were duly issued by said
Register of Wills on July 20, 1995, and wherein and whereby said
premises hereinafter described were not specifically devised, all as
in and by said Will and the records of said Register of Wills more
fully appears;

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND
NO/100 ($72,500.00) Dollars, which has been paid to her by the said
Grantee at or before the sealing and delivery hereof, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
released and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, release and confirm unto the said Grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in the Borough of
Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, (formerly East
Pennsboro Township) bounded and described as follows, to wit;
BEGINNING at a point at the northwest corner of Elm and Second Streets
as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence in a
westerly direction along the northern line of Elm Street one hundred
fifty (150) feet to Hill Alley; thence in a northerly direction along
the eastern line of Hill Alley twenty-five (25) feet to a point on the
dividing line between lots Nos. 130 and 131 on said plan, at line of
other property now or late of E. Nora Matter, known as No. 402 North
Second Street; thence in an easterly direction along said last
mentioned line and for part of the distance through the center of a
partition wall one hundred fifty (150) feet to Second Street; thence
in a southerly direction along the western line of Second Street
twenty-five (25) feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected the southerly half of a double brick and frame
dwelling house known as No. 400 North Second Street; and being lot No.
130 on Plan No. 3 of Edgewater, said plan being recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Cumberland County in Plan Book 1, page 71.
BEING the same premises which E. Nora Matter, by her deed dated April
23, 1945, and recorded April 24. 1945, in Cumberland County Deed Book
Z, Vol. 12, Page 184, granted and conveyed unto Lewis B. Neidhammer
and Marion E. Neidhammer, his wife. The said Marion E. Neidhammer
died March 20, 1984, whereby title vested in Lewis B. Neidhammer her
husband, by operation of law.
TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways,
streets, alleys, passages, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties,

privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever, thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate,
right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of him,
the said LEWIS B. NEIDHAMMER, at and immediately before the time of
his decease, in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in, to or out
of the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lot or piece of ground above
described, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intended
so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said Grantee, to and for the
only proper use and behoof of the said Grantee, forever.
And the said Grantor, for herself and her respective heirs,
executors and administrators, does covenant, promise and agree to and
with the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, that she, the said
Grantor, has not heretofore done or committed any act, matter or thing
whatsoever whereby the premises hereby granted, or any part thereof,
is, are, shall or may be impeached, charged, or encumbered in title,
charge, estate or otherwise howsoever.

and seal the day and year first above written.

Investment Program from Scudder. You requested che balance of this account as

On July 18, 1995, this account held shares of the AARP GNMA and U.S.
