TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Frances Bock respectfully represent:
1. Mervin M. Bock died July 8, 1970, a resident of and domiciled at RD. #1,
Shlppensburg, Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyivanla, Intestate
leaving as the persons entitled to his estate under the Interstate laws the following:

2. Your Petitioner Is Frances Bock, widow of the deceased, who resides at the
address shown in Paragraph 1.
3. No letters have ever been granted in the estate of Mervin M. Bock,
deceased, and more than twenty-one (21) years have elapsed since the death of the
decedent.
4. It is necessary that Letters of Administration be granted for the reason that
the estate has never been settled, that no inheritance tax has been paid by the estate,
and that the decedent owned real estate which has never been administered or
distributed.
