LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ELSIE SAUL BRINSER
I, ELSIE SAUL BRINSER, presently residing and domiciled at
201 South Madison Avenue, Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and
hereby revoke all wills which I have previously made.
ITEM I: I appoint my son SHELBY EDWIN
BRINSER and my daughter MARGARET BRINSER DONMOYER, and the
survivor of them as Executors of my estate. Should there be a
complete vacancy in this responsibility, I then appoint DAUPHIN
DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Executor of my estate.
ITEM II: I appoint Dauphin Deposit Bank
and Trust Company as the Trustee of any Trusts created by this

ITEM III: For purposes of information, I
want to identify my family members: my two children are Shelby
Edwin Brinser I"Eddie") and my daughter Margaret Brinser
Donmoyer ("Sidder"). These are the nicknames that we have
affectionately given our children and used over many years. My
grandchildren are: Rick Edwin Brinser, Cheryl Brinser Graves,
Kathleen Brinser Cole, Lisa Anne Donmoyer and Keith Allen
Donmoyer.

ITEM IV: I give all of my jewelry and
items of personal adornment to Sidder and if she should
predecease me, then to Eddie, to distribute among themselves
and family members as they deem appropriate.
ITEM V: I do not want to have a pUblic
sale of tangible personal property and for this purpose, I give
to Eddie and sidder all items of tangible personal property,
including any automobile, in as near equal shares as possible.
This category of property shall be considered part of the
residue of my estate and the shares to my two children will be
equalized through the residue. I am certain my children will
be able to work this out together and the procedure that should
be followed will be that outlined by my attorney, Paul E.
Clouser, a member of the Dauphin County Bar.
ITEM VI: The residue of my estate
(including all tangible personal property) of whatever nature
and wherever situate shall be distributed in equal shares to
Eddie and Sidder. If either of my children predecease me
leaving issue to survive my death, the issue shall take the
parent's share, per stirpes. If either of my children pre-
decease me without leaving issue to survive my death, the share
of the child so dying shall be distributed to the child of mine
who survives my death, or his issue who survive my death, per
stirpes, as the case may be.

ITEM VII:
Any share of my estate which

becomes distributable to an individual under the age of thirty
(30) shall be distributed to the Trustee, in trust, in accord-
ance with the following directions:
A. In the sole discretion of the Trustee, to apply first
income and then principal for the support, health, education,
maintenance and general welfare of the beneficiary. The
Trustee shall be liberal in the distribution of benefits from
the trust fund for the purposes mentioned and it shall give
great weight to the request of the adult individual who is most
intimately concerned and associated with the beneficiary's
welfare.
B. Payments on behalf of the beneficiary may be made
directly to the beneficiary or may be paid to the person or
institution with whom the beneficiary resides, or who has the
care or control of the beneficiary, without the intervention of
a guardian of the estate.
c. Should the share of a beneficiary, in the opinion of
the Trustee, be or become too small to warrant the placing or
continuing such fund in trust, or should its administration be
or become impracticable for any other reason, the Trustee may
pay such share absolutely to the person or institution main-
taining the beneficiary or may deposit such share in the

beneficiary's name in a savings account of its choosing,

payable to the beneficiary at majority.
D. There shall be paid to the beneficiary, absolutely,
from the principal of the trust fund one-eighth (1/8) thereof
upon attaining the age of twenty-four (24); one-fourth (1/4) of
the remaining balance upon attaining the age of twenty-six
(26); one-half (1/2) of the remaining balance upon attaining
the age of twenty-eight (28); and the entire balance upon
attaining the age of thirty (30). On the request of the
beneficiary, the Trustee may continue to carry the funds in
trust for such a period of time as the beneficiary may choose.
E. If any person entitled to share in my estate shall have
attained any of the ages set forth in the preceding sub-
paragraph at the time of my death, my Executor or Trustee shall
then distribute to that person such part or all, as the case
may be, of the trust fund as is directed to be paid to that
person upon attaining the respective age, and any portion of
the beneficiary's share so distributed shall not be subject to
a trustee's commission.
F. If any person entitled to share in my estate dies
before attaining the age of thirty (30), the principal of that
person's trust, together with any undistributed income, shall
be distributed to the beneficiary's then living issue, per
stirpes, or if none, to his brothers and sisters then living,

or if they are then deceased to their issue, per stirpes/ and
if the deceased beneficiary leaves no brothers or sisters or
issue of deceased brothers and sisters, then to my issue then
living, per stirpes.
G. All shares of principal and income hereby given shall
be free from anticipation, assignment, pledge or obligations of
beneficiaries, and shall not be subject to any writ of execu-
tion.
ITEM VIII:
I authorize the Trustee and any
successors in trust to exercise the following powers in its
sole discretion which shall be effective without court order or
approval:
A. To retain any or all of the assets distributed from my
probate estate, without regard to any principal of diversifica-
tion, risk or productivity.
B. To invest in all forms of property without restriction
to investments authorized for any type of fiduciary.
C. To compromise any claim or controversy.
D. To loan money to or to purchase property from my
probate estate.
E. To borrow money from any person, including any Executor
or Trustee, and to mortgage or pledge any real or personal
property.

F. To sell at pUblic or private sale, to exchange or to
lease for any period of time, any real or personal property and
to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, all for such
prices and upon such terms and conditions as it deems proper.
G. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or
income or partly to each as it deems proper.
H. To repair, alter or improve any real or personal
property.
I. To distribute in cash or in kind or partly in each at
valuations fixed by it.
J. To purchase investments at premiums and to charge
premiums to income or principal or partly to each.
K. To subscribe for or to exercise options for stocks,
bonds or other investments; to join in any plan of lease,
mortgage, merger, consolidation, reorganization, foreclosure or
voting trust and to deposit securities thereunder; and to
generally exercise all the rights of security holders or
employees of any corporation.
L. To register securities in the name of a nominee or in
such manner that title shall pass by delivery.
M. To assume continuance of the status of any beneficiary
with reference to death, marriage, divorce, illness, incapacity
or other change in the absence of information deemed reliable,
without liability for disbursements made on such assumption.

N. To add to the principal of any trust created by this
Will any real or personal property received from any person by
Deed, Will or in any other manner.
O. To exercise all power, authority and discretion given
by this instrument after the termination of any trust created
herein until the same is fully distributed.
P. My Trustee only may commingle the assets of any trust
estate created by this instrument in anyone or more common
funds for greater convenience and flexibility.
Q. To employ attorneys, accountants, engineers and such
other persons, professional or otherwise, as may be necessary
for the proper administration of this estate or trust, and to
pay their compensation from such funds.
R. I authorize the Trustee to purchase from the trust
funds any type or manner of insurance which it deems to be in
the best interest of the beneficiary.
ITEM IX:
I direct that all taxes that may
be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and
by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my
residuary estate as a part of the cost of administration of my
estate.

I, ELSIE SAUL BRINSER, presently residing and domiciled at
201 South Madison Avenue, Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin
county, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and
hereby revoke all wills which I have previously made.
ITEM I: I appoint my son SHELBY EDWIN
BRINSER and my daughter MARGARET BRINSER DONMOYER, and the
survivor of them as Executors of my estate. Should there be a

complete vacancy in this responsibility, I then appoint DAUPHIN
DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Executor of my estate.
ITEM II: I appoint Dauphin Deposit Bank
and Trust Company as the Trustee of any Trusts created by this
will.
ITEM III: For purposes of information, I
want to identify my family members: my two children are Shelby
Edwin Brinser ("Eddie") and my daughter Margaret Brinser
Donmoyer ("Sidder"). These are the nicknames that we have
affectionately given our children and used over many years. My
grandchildren are: Rick Edwin Brinser, Cheryl Brinser Graves,
Kathleen Brinser Cole, Lisa Anne Donmoyer and Keith Allen
Donmoyer.

ITEM IV: I give all of my jewelry and
items of personal adornment to sidder and if she should
predecease me, then to Eddie, to distribute among themselves
and family members as they deem appropriate.
ITEM V: I do not want to have a public
sale of tangible personal property and for this purpose, I give
to Eddie and Sidder,' all items of tangible personal property,

including any automobile, in as near equal shares as possible.
This category of property shall be considered part of the
residue of my estate and the shares to my two children will be
equalized through the residue. I am certain my children will
be able to work thi~ out together and the procedure that should
be followed will be that outlined by my attorney, paul E.
Clouser, a member of the Dauphin County Bar.
ITEM VI: The residue of my estate
(including all tangible personal property) of whatever nature
and wherever situate shall be distributed in equal shares to
Eddie and sidder. If either of my children predecease me
leaving issue to survive my death, the issue shall take the
parent's share, per stirpes. If either of my children pre-
decease me without leaving issue to survive my death, the share
of the child so dying shall be distributed to the child of mine
who survives my death, or his issue who survive my death, per
stirpes, as the case may be.

ITEM VII: Any share of my estate which
becomes distributable to an individual under the age of thirty
(30) shall be distributed to the Trustee, in trust, in accord-
ance with the following directions:
A. In the sole discretion of the Trustee, to apply first
income and then principal for the support, health, education,
maintenance and general welfare of the beneficiary. The
Trustee shall be liberal in the distribution of benefits from
the trust fund for the purposes mentioned and it shall give
great weight to the request of the adult individual who is most
intimately concerned and associated with the beneficiary's
welfare.
B. Payments on behalf of the beneficiary may be made
directly to the beneficiary or may be paid to the person or
institution with whom the beneficiary resides, or who has the
care or control of the beneficiary, without the intervention of
a guardian of the estate.
c. Should the share of a beneficiary, in the opinion of
the Trustee, be or become too small to warrant the placing or
continuing such fund in trust, or should its administration be
or become impracticable for any other reason, the Trustee may
pay such share absolutely to the person or institution main-
taining the beneficiary or may deposit such share in the

beneficiary's name in a savings account of its choosing,
payable to the beneficiary at majority.
D. There shall be paid to the beneficiary, absolutely,
from the principal of the trust fund one-eighth (l/B) thereof
upon attaining the age of twenty-four (24); one-fourth (1/4) of
the remaining balance upon attaining the age of twenty-six
(26)1 one-half (1/2) of the remaining balance upon attaining
the age of twenty-eight (28)1 and the entire balance upon
attaining the age of thirty (30). On the request of the
beneficiary, the Trustee may continue to carry the funds in
trust for such a period of time as the beneficiary may choose.
E. If any person entitled to share iq my estate shall have
attained any of the ages set forth in the preceding sub-

paragraph at the time of my death, my Executor or Trustee shall
then distribute to that person such part or all, as the case
may be, of the trust fund as is directed to be paid to that
person upon attaining the respective age, and any portion of
the beneficiary's share so distributed shall not be subject to
a trustee's commission.
F. If any person entitled to share in my estate dies
before attaining the age of thirty (30), the principal of that
person's trust, together with any undistributed income, shall
be distributed to the beneficiary's then living issue, per
stirpes, or if none, to his brothers and sisters then living,

or if they are then deceased to their issue, per stirpes/ and
if the deceased beneficiary leaves no brothers or sisters or
issue of deceased brothers and sisters, then to my issue then
living, per stirpes.
G. All shares of principal and income hereby given shall
be free from anticipation, assignment, pledge or obligations of
beneficiaries, and shall not be subject to any writ of execu-
tion.
ITEM VIII:
I authorize the Trustee and any
successors in trust to exercise the following powers in its
sole discretion which shall be effective without court order or
approval:
A. To retain any or all of the assets distributed from my
probate estate, without regard to any principal of diversifica-
tion, risk or productivity.
B. To invest in all forms of property without restriction
to investments authorized for any type of fiduciary.
c. To compromise any claim or controversy.
D. To loan money to or to purchase property from my
probate estate.
E. To borrow money from any person, including any Executor
or Trustee, and to mortgage or pledge any real or personal
property.

F. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to
lease for any period of time, any real or personal property and
to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, all for such
prices and upon such terms and conditions as it deems proper.
G. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or
income or partly to each as it deems proper.
H. To repair, alter or improve any real or personal
property.
I. To distribute in cash or in kind or partly in each at
valuations fixed by it.
J. To purchase investments at premiums and to charge
premiums to income or principal or partly to each.
K. To subscribe for or to exercise options for stocks,
bonds or other investments; to join in any plan of lease,
mortgage, merger, consolidation, reorganization, foreclosure or
voting trust and to deposit securities thereunder; and to
generally exercise all the rights of security holders or
employees of any corporation.
L. To register securities in the name of a nominee or in
such manner that title shall pass by delivery.
M. To assume continuance of the status of any beneficiary
with reference to death, marriage, divorce, illness, incapacity
or other change in the absence of information deemed reliable,
without liability for disbursements made on such assumption.

N. To add to the principal of any trust created by this
Will any real or personal property received from any person by

by this instrument after the termination of any trust created

R. I authorize the Trustee to purchase from the trust
funds any type or manner of insurance which it deems to be in
the best interest of the beneficiary.

I direct that all taxes that may
be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and
by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my
residuary estate as a part of the cost of administration of my
