STAHL, widow, of Silver Spring Township (mailing address: 183 Ridge Hill Road, Mechanlcsburg, Pennsylvania 17055), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being 01 sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. 1 direct my hereinafter named Executrices to pay all of my Just debts and funernl expenses os soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so. 2. I direct that Mrs. Pearl Beam of 181 Ridge Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, be given the right to purchase my mobile home located on land rented from her, which mobile home Is a 1974 Holiday Manor, 12 feet by 70 feet, for a price of $1,000.00 provided she shall notify my personal representatives in writing of her election to purchase same within thirty (30) days of notification from them to her of the opportunity to do so, and settlement for same shaIJ be made by her within thirty (30) days of her written election to do so, which right to purchase same is conditioned on Mrs. Pearl Beam still being the owner of the land on which my mobile home Is located at the time of my death. In the event she no longer Is the owner of the land on which my mobile home Is located then this provision giving her the opportunity to purchase same shall be null and void. 3. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate. I give, devise and bequeath as folJows: a) One-half (112) thereof to my daughter, Colleen Fmnces Stahl Damon, her heirs and assigns, provided she shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should she fall to so survive me then to such of her issue as shaH survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpcs; and b) The other one-half (112) thereof to my daughter, Janet Esther Stahl Fahnestock, her heirs and assi~ns, provided she shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should she fail to so survive me then to such of her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes. 4. I have made no provision herein for any of the children of my deceased daughter, Mary Lucretia Stahl Hammacher, not because of any want of affection for them, but because I have already given to them all that 1 wish them to receive. 5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my two daughters, or either of them, Colleen Frances Stahl Damon, and Janet Esther Stahl Fahnestock, as Executrices of this my Last Will and Testament and I further direct that neither of them shaH be required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance of her duties In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
