TESTAMENT OF
CHARLES ROBERT SCHOFFSTALL
I, CHARLES ROBERT SCHOFFSTALL, presently residing at six Links
Mobile Home Park Lot 32, Mechlinicsburg, Cumberland county, Pennsyl-
vania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understand-
ing, do hereby make, publish, and declare this as and for my Last
will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
FIRST
I nominate, constitute, and appoint my Daughter CAROL TYLER of
Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania and my Daughter AUDREY BINGAMAN of
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to be my Co-Executrices of this my Last
will and Testament. I hereby relieve my Executrices or Personal
Representative from the necessity of posting security in connection
with their duties as such in any jurisdiction in which they may be
called upon to act insofar as I am able by law to so do,
SECOND
I direct that my memorial service be held consistent with my
station in life and authorize payment therefor from my estate as
soon after death as may be conveniently done by my Personal
Representative.
THIRD
In addi tion to the powers conferred by 1 aw, I authori ze my
Personal Representative, in his absolute discretion, to:
(a) Sell either at public or private sale any real or
personal property.
(b) Manage real estate.
(c) Invest and reinvest in all forms of property without
being confined to legal investments, and without regard to the
principle of diversification,
(d) Exercise any option or rights arising from ownership of
investments.
(e) Compromise claims without court approval, and without the
consent of any beneficiary,
FOURTH
I direct that all tangible personal property owned by me at
the time of my death, including my car and trailer, be placed for

sale by my co-Executrices.
FIFTH
I specifically bequeath to my friend and neighbor RHONDA GROVE
of Hechanicsburg, Pennsylvania the sum of $1000.00.
SIXTH
I give, bequeath, and devise all the rest, residue, and
remainder of my estate unto my Daughter CAROL TYLER and my Daughter
AUDREY BINGAMAN.
SEVENTH
I direct that all inheritance, estate, and transfer taxes
imposed upon my estate passing under my will or otherwise shall be
paid out of the principal of my residuary estate.
EIGHTH
Any and all payment of payments of any sum or sums, whether in
cash or in kind and whether for principal or income, shall be made
upon the sole receipt of the respective individual to whom the
payment is made, and free from anticipation, alienation, assign-
ment, attachment, and pledge, and free from control by the
creditors of any such beneficiary. All shares of principal and
income herein given shall be free from anticipation, assignment,
pledge, or obligations of any beneficiary and shall not be subject
to any execution of attachment.
