I, CARRIR E. KNISELY, of the Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my jusI deblS and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as
the same can conveniently be done.
2.
AU my household furnishings such as, but not limited to, furniture, kitchen utensils,
television, radio, all tools, and the like (excepting therefrom, however, the wood stoves which
shall remain with the property which I have previously deeded to my daughter, Gloria and my son,
Roger) shall be sold at public auction and the proceeds therefrom shall be given to my son,
ROBERT C. MOONEY, ~~, he to pay the Inheritance tax due thereon.
3.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, shall be divided in equal shares amongsl my three (3) children, ~ sth:pes.
GLORIA J. MOONEY, ROBERT C. MOONEY, and ROGER L. MOONEY.
4.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughler, GLORIA J. MOONEY, to be the
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that she should predecease me or for
any reason be unwilling or unable to act as such Executrix, I nominate, constitute and appoint my
son, ROGER L. MOONEY, to be Executor in her place and stead. I funher direct that they shall
not be required to file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of WiUs for the purpose
of administering my Estate.
