I, VERNON C. WASS, of Lower Allen Township, cumberland
County, pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last will and revoke
any Will previously made by me.
ITEM I:
I devise and bequeath all of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate to my wife, Dorothy D.
Wass, prodiding Bhe Bhall survive me by thirty days.
ITEM II:
Should my wife, Dorothy D. Wass,
predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my
death, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate in the following fashion:
A. I give my ring to my eldest son, Carl G. Wass.
B. All of the rest, resldue and remainder of my estate of
every nature and wherever situate, I give, devise and bequeath in
equal shares to my four children, ~ ill: Carl G. Wass, Delbert
W. Wass, Linda L. Surinchak and George V. Wass, subject, neverthe-
less, to the following conditions:
1. As to any tangible per.sonal property, I direct that
my children first be given the opportunity to select such itelnB a
they may choose, in kind, as part of their equal, distrihutive
share;
2. As to any real estate which I mBY own at the time of
my death, I direct that anyone of my children who shall desire to
have my home shall be afforded the opportunity to purchase said
home at the value at which such real estate may be appraised for
inheritance tax purposes,
3. As to any property, real or personal, which shall not
be taken in kind or purchased by any of my children, I direct my
Executor to sell the same at public or private sale and to divide
the net proceeds derived therefrom equally among my four, named
children, and
4. If my son, George V. Wass, shall still be indebted to
me on account of the loan he secured for the purchase of his home,
I direct that his debt be satisfied by the reduction of his equal,
distributive share of my estate.
ITEM III: I appoint my son, Carl G. Wass,
Executor of this my Last Will. In the event my son, Carl G. Wass,
fails to survive me or otherwise fails to qualify as Executor, I
appoint my son, Delbert W. Wass, Executor of this my Last Will.
No bonds shall be required of my Executor in Pennsylvania or any
other jurisdiction.

I, VERNON C. WASS, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last will and revoke
any will previously made by me.
ITEM II
I devise and bequeath all of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate to my wife, norothy D.
Wass, prodiding she shall survive me by thirty days.
ITEM II:
Should my wife, Dorothy D. Wass,
predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my
death, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate in the following fashion:
A. I give my ring to my eldest son, Carl G. Wass.
B. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of
every nature and wherever situate, I give, devise and bequeath in
equal shares to my four children, 12 wit: Carl G. Wass, Delbert
W. Wass, Linda L. Surinchak and George V. Wass, subject, neverthe
less, to the following conditions:
1. As to any tangible personal property, I direct that
my children first be given the opportunity to select such items a
they may choose, in kind, as part of their equal, distributive
sharel

2. As to any real estate which I may own at the time of
my death, I direct that anyone of my children who shall desire to
have my home shall be afforded the opportunity to purchase said
home at the value at which such real estate may be appraised for
inheritance tax purposes I

be taken in kind or purchased by any of my children, I direct my
Executor to sell the same at public or private sale and to divide
the net proceeds derived therefrom equally among my four, named
childrenl and
4. If my son, George V. Wass, shall still be indebted to
me on account of the loan he secured for the purchase of his home,
I direct that his debt be satisfied by the reduction of his equal,
distributive share of my estate.
ITEM nIl I appoint my son, Carl G. Wass,
Executor of this my Last Will. In the event my son, Carl G. Wass,
fails to survive me or otherwise fails to qualify as Executor, I
appoint my son, Delbert W. Wass, Executor of this my Last Will.
No bonds shall be required of my Executor in pennsylvania or any
other jurisdiction.
