I, BEULAH M. BEEKER, of Shrewsbury Borough, York County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and revoke any Wills
previously made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses
of my last illness shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon
as possible after my decease.
II.
I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars
unto my nephew, Murle E. Beeker, if he survives me but if he fails to
survive me I give and bequeath this sum unto the York County Blind
Center.
III.
I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars
unto Nellie Beeker Poehlitz, if she survives me but if she fails to
survive me I give and bequeath this sum unto the York County Blind
Center.

IV.
I direct that the residue of my estate be converted into cash
and divided into four (II) equal shares to be distributed as follows:

A. One (1) share unto the Zion Lutheran Church in Glen Rock,
Pennsylvania, to be used as the governing body of said church deems
appropriate.
B. One (1) share unto my nephew, Gene E. Markel, or unto his
issue, per stirpes, should my nephew predecease me.
C. One (1) share unto my nephew, Kevin Markel, or unto his
issue, per stirpes, should my nephew predecease me.
D. One (1) share unto my nephew, Barry Markel, or unto his
issue, per stirpes, should my nephew predecease me.
E. Should any of the above namcd persons predecease me I direct
that that share be divided equally among the other beneficiaries
entitled to one (1) share of the residue.
V.
I appoint my nephew, Gene E. Markel, as my Executor. Should
the said Gene E. Markel predecease me I appoint Robert L. Williams
as my Executor.
VI.
I direct that my Executor shall not be required to gi ve bond
for the faithful perfor'mance of his duties in any jurisdiction.
VII.
I direct that my Executor shall have the power to sell at
eithcr public or private sale any of my property, real or personal,
or make distribution in kind as he may deem appropriate, in so far

as such distribution shall not be inconsistent with other provisions
of this my last Will.
VIII.
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of
my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary '.state as a part of the expense of
the administration of my estate.
