I, DOROTHY S. McCARL, of 226 Eaot Fourth Street, Lewistown,
Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understandin~, do make and publish thia. my I.aat Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revokinR and making void all former willo by me at
any time heretofore made.
IT~:M ONE: I direct all my just debts which may be legally
collectible, to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named.
ITEM TWO: I wish to b~ interred next to my husband, Robert
E. McCarl, in the Juniata Memorial Cemetery at Granville Township,
Pennsylvania. I also request that there be no viewing of my body
and a private funeral be held and all funeral arrangements be
made with Hoenstine Funeral Home.
ITEM THREE: I give and bequeath my.diamond ring which was
given to me by Mrs, Frank Harris to my granddaughter, DEBBIE L.

ITEM FOUR: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal, and mixed, of which I shall die seized
and possessed or to 1~hich I shall be entitled at my decease, I
give, devise and bequeath to my two (2) granddaughters, SUSAN M.
COLLINS of 21 Holly Street, Mt. Holly Springo, Pennsylvania 17065,
and DEBBIE L. lVJIITESELL, share and share a like. In the event
either of my said granddaughters predecease me or in the event
either of my granddaughters and I die simultaneously or as a
result of a common disaster then I give, devise and bequeath said
rest, residue and remainder of my estate unto my surviving said
granddaughter.
ITEM FIVE: In the event my granddaughter, DEBBIE L. I~ITE-
SELL, is entitled to share in my estate and is a minor at the
time of my deceasc then I nominate, constitutc and appoint my
granddaughter SUSAN M. COLLINS as Guardian of her estate.

Act '48 of 1894 provides for Ihe reduction of the tax rates Imposed on the net value of transfers 10 or for
the use of Ihe spouse. The rates as prescrIbed by the statute will be:
e3% (.03) will be applicable for estates of decedents dying on or after 7/1/94 and before 1/1/96
e2% (.02) will be applicable for estates of decedents dyIng on or after 1/1/96 and before 1/1/97
e1% (.01) will be applicable for estales of decedents dying on or after 1/1/97 and before 1/1/98
