I.
I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses. Including my gravemllrker lInd lIlI expenses
of my 11ISt Illness, shall be paid, unless otherwise provided, frum my residuary estate as soon as
practicable after my decellSe as a part or the expense or the administration of illY estate.
II.
I bequeath my automobile. household gouds and personlll effects lInd lither lltnglble personally
or a like nature (not Including cash or securities), together with lIny existing Insurllnce thereon. to my
niece, CAROLE A. SHAFER, lInd my nephew, EDWARD M, FLANAGAN, to he divided between
them by the Executrix In as nearly equul shures ;IS practlcul.

and black onyx ring.
VII.
I devise and bequeath the residue or my estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows:
A. Twenty (20%) percent thereof to my grandniece. KIMRERL Y A. SHAFER, provided
she shall survive me.
B, Twenty (20%) percent thereor to my grandnephew. SCOlf B. SHAFER, provided he
shall survive me.
C. Twenty (20%) percent thereofto my grandniece. MICHELLE A. STEPHENS, provided
she shall survive me.
D. Twenty (20%> percent thereorto my grandnephew, BRANDON FLANAGAN, provided
he shall survive me.
E. Twenty (20%) percent thereof my grandnephew, JORDAN FLANAGAN. provided he
shall survive me.
In the event that any of the above named grandnieces or grandnephews shall predecease me, then I dlrcct
that his or her share shall lapse and said share or shares shall be distributed, In equal shares, to the
surviving grandnieces and grandnephews.
VIII.
Should any person entitled to a share or my estate not have attained the age of twenty-one (21)
at the time of distribution to him or her. I devise and bequeath his or her share to DAUPHIN DEPOSIT

BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, of Harrisburg, Penmylvanla, IN SEPARATE TRUST, to hold,
manage, Invellt and relnvellt the sharell so received and accumulation or Income thereon, to use and apply
the Income and principal, or so much thereof, at Trustee's discretion, us may he necellsary or appropriate
for such person's support and education (Including trade school and college education, both graduate and
undergraduate) without regard for his or her parent's ablllty to provide for such support or education,
or to make payments for thelle purpoSell, without further responsibility, to such person or such person's
parent or to any person taking care of such person. Any principal or Income not so applied shall be
distributed to such person absolutely when he or she attalm the age or twenty-one (21) years. If he or
she dlell before aualnlng the age of twenty-one (21) years, the Trust shall terminate and such share shall
be distributed to his or her personal reprellentatlve. Further, I specifically authorize DAUPHIN
DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, In Its discretion and upon the requellt or the parent or
parents of any minor beneficiary of any such Separate Trust created to the provisions of this Paragraph
VIII to transfer the Separate Trust, to include the principal and Interest accrued thereon, to a corporate
fiduciary In the vicinity of said beneficiary. DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
shall have the right to tramrer said Separate Trust to said SUCCellsor corporate fiduciary without court
approval.
IX,
I direct that all taxes that may be USSellsed with rellpectto the residuary hequellts shall be paid
from the relllduary elltate prior to the distribution to the dellignated relllduary legatees. Further, I direct
that any Inheritance tax or any other tax due (Including federal estate tax) and payable with respect to any
Joint account that I may own at the time of my death or any account or ussetthat Is taxable to my estate
as a re.~ult of Joint ownership or otherwise shall he paid, entirely, out of said joint account or other asset
and said inheritance tax or any other taxes shall not be paid as part of the expense of the administration
or my estate and shall not be paid from my residuary estate.

2. Said Sarah E. Keszey ("Decedent") died on July 16, 1995. testate. leaving her Last Will and
Testament, dated December 12, 1994, which W85 duly probated before the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County on AUJl1lst 11, 1995. A copy of laid Last Will and Testament Is attached hereto
marked Exhibit" A" and made part hereof.
3. Pursuant to the provisiom of Paragraph VIIl, Decedent's Last Will and Testament, Dauphin Deposit
Bank and Trust Company was appointed as Testamentary Trustee of any trust created by said Will.
