I, MILDRED MCKAY, now residing in the stntc of Pennsylvunln, helng of

my Last Will nnd Testaml!nt, herchy revoking all Wills nad Codil:llS by mn
heretofore made.
ITEM 1. I direct that all my just debts. funerul expenses. and
estate taxes be pnid ont of my estnte as soon as prnctlcable after the time of
my decease, I do not require any benuflc1nry to contribute towards the
payment of the estate taxes. but declare that the same shall be paid out of
the assets of my estute.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath nIl my property, whether real
or personal. of every kind and deser i plion, wheresoever sl tuute, whi ch I may
own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease, one-third (1/3)
to my daughter SHIRLEY WIESENMAYER, one-third (1/3) to my daughter VIRGINIA
MUSCI, and one-third (1/3) to the children of my deceased son PETER MCKAY
whose names are ELAINE MCKAY and PETER MCKAY. The bequest to my
grandchlldren, ELAINE MCKAY and PETER MCKAY are subject to the following
distribution provisions,
In the event that either of my said grundchildren. ELAINE MCKAY or PETER
MCKAY should be under the age of twenty-one (21) years at the time
distribution of their share is made, then and in that event I make, nominate
and appoint their mother, LEANDRA MCKAY to be the trustee of any money or
property to be distributed to them until they reach the age of twenty-ona (21)
years, Mytrnstee is hereby authorized to receive said ossets from my estate
ond to hold the same In such form of Investment or otherwise as she moy deum
proper. ',Purther my Trustee is authorized to make distributions of principal
and/or f~terest for the benefit of snld children prior to attaining the age of
twenty-one (21) years for medical care, education (including college), support
und maintenunce in reasonable comfort of said grundchildren, ufter first
taking into consideration any other income or resources available to said
grandchildren known to my trustee without the n"cessity of court order, As
each grandchild attuins the age of twenty-one (21) years, the balance being
held by my trustee for said grandchild shall then be distributed to said
grandchild and the trust as to said grandchild shall thereupon terminate. In
the event that LEANDRA MCKAY is unablu to servu as trustee then I make,
nominate, and appoint my daughter SHIRLEY WIESENMAYER to serve as trustee for
said grandchildren with the same power and authority as herein set forth for
my firs~ name trustee, I request that no bond be required for my trustee.
