LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ARDELLA ALLEN, of R.D. 2, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, being of sound
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils made at

FIRST. I direct that all my funeral expenses be paid as soon as practicable

after my death. I request that my heirs and executors use the Foge1sanger

Funeral Home for my burial service.
SECOND. I give and bequeath to each of my children, GALEN ALLEN, HARRY
ALLEN, LEROY ALLEN, HOWARD ALLEN, ROBERT ALLEN, KATHERINE M. VARNER, CAREY
POMEROY, and PENROSE MEARONS, the sum of $200.00.
THIRD. I give and bequeath to each of my grandchildren that has not
married at the time of my death the sum of $50.00.
FOURTH. I give and bequeath to the Evangelical United Brethern Church
of Leesburg the sum of $50.00.
FIFTH. I give and bequeath to the E.U.B. Ladies Mission the sum of $50.00.
SIXTH. The rest and residue of my estate I give, devise and bequeath
to my husband, EARL ALLEN, and should he predecease me, or if we should die in a
common disaster, then in either of those said events I give, devise and bequeath
all my remaining property, be it real, mixed or persons1 to my children, GALEN
ALLEN, HARRY ALLEN, LEROY ALLEN, HOWARD ALLEN, ROBERT ALLEN, KATHERINE M. VARNER,
