LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ROY E. HARSHBARGER, of 107 Herman Avenue, Lemoyne, County
of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish, and declare
this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, revoking any and all prior
wills and codicils, in manner following, that is to say,
FIRST, that I direct that my Personal Representative shall
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as this
shall be practicable.
SECOND, that upon my death I give and bequeath the following
o
cash gifts to the beneficiaries indicated:
a. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) to my nephew DALE SPADE, JR.
b. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) to each of the following nieces and nephews: DEBBIE
NEALMAN, DONALD MURRAY, BONNIE FRICK, and BEVERLY SPADE.
THIRD, that I give and bequeath my lawn mower and my
extension ladder to my neighbor RICHARD MAXWELL.
FOURTH, that I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest,
residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed,
to be divided equally among my brothers and sisters: VEr,DA
STUCK, DESNA WAGAMAN, LEVADA PARCHEY, HAROLD E. HARSHBARGER, and
JAY RAY HARSHBARGER, per stirpes; that is, if any of my brothers
or sisters has predeceased me, then I direct that the share of
said predeceased sibling shall pass instead to his or her
surviving children, in equal shares,
FIFTH, that I direct that all inheritance taxes and other
assessments against my estate shall be paid as administrative
expenses out of the residue of my estate.
SIXTH, that I hereby appoint LEVANDA PARCHEY and BETTY
SPEECE as the Co-Executrices of my Estate. Their fee for their
services shall be the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) each.
I direct that my Personal Representative shall not be required to
post bond in this or in any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this eighth day of March, 1995.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ROY E. HARSHBARGER, of 107 Herman Avenue, Lemoyne, County
of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish, and declare
this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, revoking any and all prior
wills and codicils, in manner following, that is to say,
FIRST, that I direct that my Personal Representative shall
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as this
shall be practicable.
SECOND, that upon my death I give and bequeath the following
cash gifts to the beneficiaries indicated:
a. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) to my nephew DALE SPADE, JR.
b. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) to each of the following nieces and nephews: DEBBIE
NEALMAN, DONALD MURRAY, BONNIE FRICK, and BEVERLY SPADE.
THIRD, that I give and bequeath my lawn mower and my
extension ladder to my neighbor RICHARD MAXWELL.
FOURTH, that I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest,
residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed,
to be divided equally among my brothers and sisters: VELDA
STUCK, DESNA WAGAMAN, LEVADA PARCHEY, HAROLD E. HARSHBARGER, and
JAY RAY HARSHBARGER, per stirpes; that is, if any of my brothers
or sisters has predeceased me, then I direct that the share of
said predeceased sibling shall pass instead to his or her
surviving children, in equal shares.

FIFTH, that I direct that all inheritance taxes and other
assessments against my estate shall be paid as administrative
expenses out of the residue of my estate.
SIXTH, that I hereby appoint LEVANDA PARCHEY and BETTY
SPEECE as the Co-Executrices of my Estate. Their fee for their
services shall be the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) each.
I direct that my Personal Representative shall not be re~uired to
post bond in this or in any other jurisdiction.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ROY E, IIARSHBARGER, of 107 Herman Avenue, Lemoyne, County
of CUmberland, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish, and declare
this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, revoking any and all prior
wills and codicils, in manner following, that is to say,
FIRST, that I direct that my Personal Representative shall
pay all of my just debts and funeral eXpenses as soon as this
shall be practicable.
SECOND, that upon my death I give and bequeath the following
cash gifts to the beneficiaries indicated:
a. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) to my nephew DALE SPADE, JR.
b. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) to each of the following nieces and nephews: DEBBIE
NEALMAN, DONALD MURRAY, BONNIE FRICK, and BEVERLY SPADE.
THIRD, that I give and bequeath my lawn mower and my
extension ladder to my neighbor RICHARD MAXWELL.
FOURTH, that I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest,
residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed,
to be divided equally among my brothers and sisters: VELDA
STUCK, DESNA WAGAMAN, LEVADA PARCHEY, HAROLD E. HARSHBARGER, and
JAY RAY HARSHBARGER, per stirpes; that is, if any of my brothers
or sisters has predeceased me, then I direct that the share of
said predecp.ased sibling shall pass instead to his or her
surviving children, in equal shares.
FIFTH, that I direct that all inheritance taxes and other
assessments against my estate shall be paid as administrative
expenses out of the residue of my estate.
SIXTH, that I hereby appoint LEVANDA PARCHEY and BETTY
SPEECE as the Co-Executrices of my Estate. Their fee for their
services shall be the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) each.
I direct that my Personal Representative shall not be required to
post bond in this or in any other jurisdiction.

this eighth day of March, 1995.
