Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the account
value of the Prudential High Yield Fund: Class A account
registered in the name of Evelyn R Yarnall.
On July 26, 1995, the value of account number 3800251716 was
$74,007,17.
The share balance was 9,102.973 at a price of $8.13 per share.
The account balance is determined by multiplying the total
num~er of shares in the account by the Net Asset Value (price
per share of the fund).
Please keep in mind that the Net Asset Value of the fund
fluctuates on a daily basis and therefore, the account value
will also fluctuate daily.
To complete a request to redeem the account, we ask
that you please send us the following items:
* A copy of Evelyn R Yarnall's certified death certificate.
* The enclosed copy of the Short certificate naming the
Executors of the estate.
* A letter signed by the Executors requesting that the account
be closed, with their signatures guaranteed. I have explained
where the Executors may go to have their signatures guaranteed
on the next page.
I hope you will understand that we ask for the items listed
above to ensure that the assets of the account are protected.
Please keep in mind that a signature guarantee and a
notarization by a notary public are not the same. A notary does
not protect the assets the same as a signature guarantee.
