OF
GRACE M. SCHREIBER
I, GRACE M. SCHREIBER, of Silver Spring Township (mailing
addressl 275 Texaco Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055), Cum-
berland county, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as
and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix to pay all of my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon after my ceath as ~ay be found con-
venient to do so. I direct that my funeral services be conducted by
Ewing Brothers Funeral Home and that my body be interred on my burial
lot located in Mt. Zion Cemetery near the Village of Churchtown in
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. I further direct
that after making provision on said burial lot for the interment of my
body and that of my husband, Harry H. Schreiber, that any remaining
grave sites on said lot may be used by any of the six (6) persons or
members of their immediate families named in paragraph No.3, as they
may desire, on the basis that the first desiring to exercise this
privilege may do so and continue on the basis of those first in time
needing to exercise the right of interment on said lot to have the
privilege of doing SO until such timE as all grave sites on the lot
have been utilized.
2. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give,
devise and bequeath to my husband, Harry H. Schreiber, his heirs and
assigns, provided he shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days.
3. Should my said husband, Harry H. Schreiber, pre-decease me or
fail to survive me by the aforesaid period of ninety (90) days, then
in such event all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I
give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to such of the following six
(6) persons as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but
should any of them fail to so survive me then the share such deceased
person would have received shall pass to such of his or her issue as
shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes, and if
there be no such issue the same shall lapse and be added to the shares
of the other persons, per stirpes. The six (6) persons to receive
equal shares are my husband's daughter Diane L. Penn: my daughter
Pauline Miller: my grandson Melvin E. Enck: my granddaughter Loriann
M. Hill: my granddaughter Charlene E. Christmas: and my granddaughter
Paulette M. Newell.
4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the said Diane L.
Penn as Executrix of this my Last will and Testament and I further
direct that she shall not be required to post any bond to secure the
faithful performance of her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
or in any other jurisdiction.

personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give,

assigns, provided he shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days.
3. Should my said husband, Harry H. Schreiber, pre-decease me or
fail to survive me by the aforesaid period of ninety (90) days, then
in Buch event all of the roat, residue ~nd remainder of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I
giva, davise and baqueath in equal shares to .uch of the following six
(6) persons as shall survive me by a periOd of ninety (90) days, but
should any of them fail to so survive me then the share such deceased
person would have received ~hall pass to such of his or her issu~ as
shall aurvive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per atirpes, and if
there be no Buch issue the same shall lapse and be added to the shares
of the othe~ persons, per stirpes. The six (61 persons to receive
equal shares are my husband's daughter Diane L. Pennl my daughter
