I.AST WUL AND TESTAMENT
I, HELEN K, MCOOWAN, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do meke, publish, end deal ore this my Lost Will and
Testament, hereby revoking ell prior wills and codicils made et any
time befere by me.
PIRST. I direct thnt all my funeral expenses be paid os soon os
practical after my death,
SECOND. I give, devise and bequellth all my property, be it real,
mixed or personal, to my husband, lIarold J. McGowan.
TIIIRD. If my husband should predecease me or if we shOUld die in
o common disester, then in either of those said events, I give and
bequeath the sum of $1,000.00 unto Thomas A. Bailey of Upper Mifflin
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
POURTH. If my husband should predecease me or if we should die in
a common disaster, then in either of those said events, I give nnd
bequeath the sum of $500.00 to Harry Beiley, Jr., of Upper Mifflin
Township, Cumberlend County, Pennsylvania,
PIPTII. If my husband should predecease me or if we should die in
a common disaster, then in either of those seid events, I give and
bequeath the sum of $1,000,00 to Janet Bailey, of Upper Mifflin
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
SIXTII. If my husband should predecease me or if we should die in
a common disaster, then in either of those said events, I give, devise
and bequeath, the rest nnd residue of my estate, be it real, mixed or
personai, wherever and whenever situate, to be divided into nineteen
