LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, EDNA F. GARRETT, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County
of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix or Executor, as the case
may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be done
after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever
and wheresoever situate, as follows:
A. I give and bequeath an amount equal to three per
centum (3%) of my said estate unto my granddaughter, AMY
SUZANNE THORN, if she survives me; and
B. I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and
remainder of my said estate unto my daughter, SUSAN ELAINE
GARRETT THORN. Provided, however, that if my daughter shall
not survive me, then and in that event I give, devise and
bequeath the said rest, residue and remainder of my estate
unto my granddaughter, AMY SUZANNE THORN, if she survives

THIRD. If my daughter and my granddaughter both fail to
survive me, then and in that event I give, devise and bequeath
all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal
and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, unto the ST.
PAUL'S UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
for use in the general fund.
FOURTH. If my granddaughter, AMY SUZANNE THORN, has not
attained the age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of my
death, then and in that event I give, deviRe and bequeath the
share of my estate hereinabove provided for her unto SUSAN ELAINE
GARRE'l'T THORN and EDWARD F. THORN, her husband, or the survivor
of them, as my Trustees, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage,
invest and re-invest the same, to collect the income therefrom,
and after paying all expenses incident to the management of said
Trust, to use and apply from time to time such portions of the
net income and the principal of this Trust as may be necessary,
in the sole and absolute discretion of my said Trustees, for the
comfortable support, maintenance, care and education (including
but not limited to college or other post-high school education or
training) of my granddaughter, AMY SUZANNE THORN, after taking
into account the other resources available to her, including the
ability of her parents to make payment for the foregoing
purposes, my primary intent being to provide a nest egg for my

obligation for her support and education. When my granddaughter
attains the age of twenty-one (21) years, then this Trust shall
terminate and the remaining balance of principal and income, if
any, in the hands of the Trustees shall be paid over and
distributed unto my said granddaughter, absolutely and in fee
simple. If my granddaughter shall survive me but shall die
before attaining the age of twenty-one (21) years, then this
Trust shall terminate upon her death and the remaining balance of
principal and income, if any, in the hands of the Trustees shall
be paid over and distributed unto her then living issue, per
stirpes, but in default of said issue, the same shall be paid
over and distributed unto my daughter, SUSAN ELAINE GARRETT
THORN, absolutely and in fee simple, but if my daughter is not
then living, then the same shall be paid over and distributed as
provided in Item THIRD above.
LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
SUSAN ELAINE GARRETT THORN, Executrix of this, my Last Will and
Testament, but if for any reason she shall fail to qualify as
such Executrix or cease so to serve, then I nominate, constitute
and appoint CCNB BANK, N.A., of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, to
serve in her place and stead, each to serve without bond in this
or any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, EDNA F. GARRETT, have hereunto set my
hand and seal to this, my Last Will and Testament which consists
of four (4) typewritten pages to each of which I have affixed my
