described as follows:
All that certain tract of land situated in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 4 as shown on a Plan
entitled, "Final Subdivision Plan, Meadwood Site Plan," .dated February
9, 2000, by Advantage Engineering Services, Inc., Harrisburg, PA,
and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland Cohnty, Plan
Book 81, Page 133, more fully bounded and described therein.
