JAMES O. KLINE
I, JAMES O. KLINE, of New Cumberland Borough,
Cumberland County, PennBylvania, being of sound mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby declare this to be my LaBt will
and Testament, revoking all former wills or writingB in the
nature thereof and any codicils thereto made.
FIRST: I direct my hereinafter named Executrix
or alternate Co-Executors, as the caBe may be, to pay all
of my just debts, funeral expenses, costs of administration
and inheritance taxes out of the corpus of my estate as soon
after my decease as is practicable to do so.
SECOND: I give, bequeath and devise all of my

and mixed and wheresoever situate, unto my two (2) sons, J.
Robert Kline and Timothy N. Kline, in equal shares, share
and share alike, provided the same survive my decease by a
period of thirty (30) days.
In the event that either of my sons
predeceases my decease or fail to survive the same by a
period of thirty (30) days, leaving a child or children to

appoint my two (21 sons, J. Robert Kline and Timothy N.
Kline, or the survivor thereof, as the alternate

My Executrix or alternate Co-Executors
are hereby excused from the posting of any bond or security
notwithstanding any provisions of the law to the contrary.
