eKecute any necessary stock pover to transfer the TRW Inc. stock to her,

ORDERED, that the ten (10) shares of TRW Inc, stock ovned by
Douglas Brannon, a/k/a 0, H. BRANNON, at his death, be avarded to his
surviving vife, Audrey Jean Brannon, and
FURTHER ORDERED, that Leslie B. Handler, Esq., a practioing
attorney and the attorney of the Petitioner, be and hereby is authorized

The Petition of Audrey Jean Brannon respectfully represents I
1.
a/k/a D. H.
Clrcle, Camp
Petitioner is the surviving spouse of Douglas Brannon
Brannon, who died June 23, 1995, domiciled at 3 Wayne
llill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. No Letters Testamentary or of Administration have been
granted in the Estate of Douglas Brannon a/k/a D.H. Brannon, deceased,
and none is expected to be granted.
3. Besides your Petitioner, the only other heir, by law, is
Colleen E. Brannon, the only child of the decedent and your Petitioner.
4. The only asset of the estate of the decedent is ten (10)
shares of common stock in TRW Inc., an Ohio corporation, and which stock
is publicly traded.
5. Petitioner is informed that on January 23, 1995, the said
ten (10) shares were warth $811.25, and, pursuant to the family
exemption allowed under Section 3121 of the Probate, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code of 1972, your Petitioner, who resided together with the
decedent at the time of his death, does hereby make claim for the ssid
ten (10) shares.
6. Colleen E. Brannon, daughter of the decedent and of your
Petitioner, is joining in this Petition to show that she agrees that the
ten (10) shares should be awarded to your Petitioner.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that, pursuant to Section 3122 of
the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of 1972, the court award the
said ten (10) share of TRW Inc. stack to your Petitioner, and that this
court also authorize Petitioner' s attorney to execute any necessary
stack power to transfer the TRW Inc. stcck to Petitioner.
