I, ALBERT F. OARBACIK, of the Dorough of Camp Hill, County of
CUmberland and State of Penneylvania, being of aound and dispoaing mind and
m..ory, do hereby meke, deolare end publiah thia to be .y Last Will and
Teatament, hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils heretofore made
by 11I8 at any time.
First I 1 give and bequsath my automobile or automobiles to my
brother, Richard J. Oarbaoik.
Second I 1 give, devise snd bequeath all of my real property to
Richard J. Oarbacik, Raymond R. Oarbaeik and Adrisn L. Oarbacik as joint
tenants with right of aurvivorship and not es tenants-in-common.
Third I All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give,
devise and bequeath unto Richard J. Oarbaoik, Raymond R. Garbacik and Adrian L.
Oarbacik or the survivor of them.
Fourth I In the event that the Legatees named in paragraphs 2 and 3
should predecease me, 1 then give, devise and bequeath all of my property real,
personal and/or mixed of whatsoever nature end wheresoever si tuate to Eleanor
J. Garbacik Jurewicz, her heirs and aesigne.
Fifth: All trAnsfer inheritance or succession taxes shall be paid
out of my estate.
Sixth: This Will consists of two (2) pages.

NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER
PURSUANT TO 20 Pa. C.B.A. 6201
1. Albert F. Garbacik, Late of the Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died testate on the 4th day of
September, 1995, leaving a Will. dated August 26, 1966, which was
admitted to Probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to
Richard J, Garbacik on the 21st day of September. 1995. A copy of
said Albert F. Garbacik' s Last Will is attached hereto as Exhibit
HAft.
2. Albert F. Garbacik, at the time of his demiae, waa a
aingle man and left no apouae or children aurviving him.
3. Item Second of the Last Will stated as followa: "I give,
devise and bequeath all of my real property to Richard J,
Garbacik, Raymond R. Garbacik and Adrian L, Garbacik aa joint
tenanta with righta of aurvivorahip and not aa tenanta in common."
4. Said Adrian L, Garbacik died on the Bth day of July,
1993.
