SNYDER. a minor. has resided with your Petitioners since his birth at 105 S. Enola Drive, Enola. Pennsylvania. 4. RYAN M. SNYDER's mother. age 20. has resided at various locations since July 31.1990; as of October 1st. she Is once again living with your Petitioners at 105 S. Enola Drive. Enola. East Pennsboro Township. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. 5. RYAN M. SNYDER's natural biological father is ERIC ROGGENBAUM. age 22, of 64 Spring St.. Westfield. New York 14787. as Indicated on the copy of the child's birth certificate, which is attached hereto and labeled Exhibit "A". 6. Your Petitioners. LONNIE M. SNYDER AND MARY LOU SNYDER. are 50 and 45 years old. respectively. 7, Your Petitioner. LONNIE M, SNYDER Is currently employed at Aero 011 in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. as a Transportation Drive (since 1993) and previously worked for Hunsicker Bulk Transportation as a Transportation Driver (1976-1993). 8. Your Petitioner. MARY LOU SNYDER is currently ,employed at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Department of Health. as clerk typist. a position she has held continuously since 1977. , I , . , . 9. Your Petitioners. LONNIE M. SNYDER and MARY LOU SNYDER are of the Catholic faith, as Is their grandson, RYAN M. SNYDER. 10. SUSAN L. DUNCAN and ERIC ROGGENBAUM, natural biological parents of RYAN M. SNYDER have given their consent to this proposed Guardianship as Indicated In Exhibit "8", which Is attached hereto 11. Your Petitioners, as proposed Guardians, have no Interest adverse to the Interests of RYAN M. SNYDER, a minor. 12. ERIC ROGGENBAUM has acknowledged In Exhibit "B" that he has never visited with, or had custody of his child; and since he Is enrolled In college In New York, has no Intention of securing any custody rights to RYAN M. SNYDER, a minor. at the current time. 13. There Is a Domestic Relations Court Order, Cumberland County, DR 18049, whereby SUSAN L. DUNCAN receives support in the amount of $15.00 per week. plus one-half (1/2) of child care from ERIC ROGGENBAUM. A. copy of said order dated April 14, 1995 is labeled Exhibit "C" and attached hereto. 14. Your Petitioners, LONNIE M.
