County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make,

publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, including expenses for engraving my name and date of
death on my tombstone, be paid by my personal representative or
representatives, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
SECOND. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand and
No/IOO 1$2,000.00) Dollars, absolutely and in fee simple, unto
ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, its
successors or assigns.
THIRD. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand and
No/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars, absolutely and in fee simple, unto
MT. ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH, Churchtown, Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, its successors or assigns.

FOURTH. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand and
No/lOO ($2,000.00) Dollars unto ROGER HELLER and LINDA HELLER,
absolutely and in fee simple, as tenants by the entirety, if
either one of them shall survive me.
FIFTH. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand and
No/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars unto RICHARD TROSTLE and BONNIE

bedroom suite to JOHN REICHERT, the son of my cousin, GLADYS
REICHERT, absolutely and in fee simplo, if he survives me. If he
should fail to survive me, then and in that event, I give and
bequeath the same unto my cousin, GLADYS REICHERT, absolutely and
in fee simple.
NINTH. For the purposes of this my Last Will and Testament,
a person shall not be deemed to have survived me unless he or she

TENTH. All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I
give, devise.and bequoath unto CCNB BANK, N.A., its successors or
assigns, in Trust. The said Trustee shall serve without bond and
the said Trustee is hereby vested with the power to sell, assign,
transfer, pledge, mortgage, lease, manage, control, retain,
invest and reinvest the corpus of said Trust in such securities
and other property as shall be deemed prudent without being

restricted to investments known as legal investments for
fiduciaries under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Trustee shall have the power to manipulate the proceeds of
the Trust in any manner that will guarantee maximum conservation
of the Trust funds and the greatest production of income for the
beneficiaries. I order and direct that the Trustee pay the sum
of Five Thousand and No/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars each to my
nieces, EVELYN E. WOLL and PHYLLIS E. BRYMESSER, for the duration
of each of their lives. In the event that the principal and
interest of the Trust shall be insufficient to pay the full Five
Thousand and No/IOO ($5,000.00) Dollars to each beneficiary, then
and in that event, I order and direct that the Trustee make
maximum equal payments to the beneficiaries up to the amount of
Five Thousand and No/IOO ($5,000.00) Dollars even if it were to
totally exhaust the Trust. Upon the death of either of the
beneficiaries, I order and direct that the annual payment to the
surviving beneficiary remain at Five Thousand and No/100
($5,000.00) Dollars. After the death of both beneficiaries, I
order and direct that the Trust be terminated and that the
remainder be paid to the aforesaid MT. ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH, its
successors or assigns, absolutely and in fee simple, in memory of
MISS LIZZIE RICHWINE for the unrestricted needs of the Church.
ELEVENTH. In the event that I should, by reason of physical
or mental disability, become unable to take part in decisions for
my own future by virtue of what is commonly known as "brain
death", I order and direct that, where there is no reasonable

expectation of my recovery from physical disability, I be
permitted to die and that I not be kept alive by artificial
means, including nutrition or hydration by intubation. It is my
express desire that I not be permitted to suffer the indignities
of deterioration, dependence and hopeless pain and that,
therefore, medication be mercifully administered to me only to
alleviate my SUffering, even though this may hasten the moment of
death.
TWELFTH. I order and direct that any estate, inheritance or
similar tax due as a result of my death with respect to any
property passing as a result of my death, shall be paid from the
residue of my Estate prior to distribution as an expense of
administration and that no part of the taxes should be pro.'rated
or apportioned among the persons or beneficiaries receiving the
taxable property. My personal representative shall have full
power and authority to pay, compromise or settle any such taxes
at anytime whether with respect to present or future interests.
THIRTEENTH. Any and all decisions, determinations or actions
made or taken by a personal representative or Trustee hereunder,
if made in good faith, shall be final and conclusive on all
persons who are or may become interested in my Estate. No
fiduciary acting under this my Last Will and Testament shall be
liable for any error in jUdgment or for any depreciation or
reduction in value of any Estate or Trust assets at anytime, in
the absence of willful default.
LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my nieces, EVELYN

E. WOLL and PHYLLIS E. BRYMESSER, to be the Co-Executrices of
this my Last Will and Testament. If, for any reason, either of
them should fail to qualify as such or decline or cease so to
serve, then and in that event, I order and direct that the other
act alone as Executrix. If, for any reason, both of them should
fail to qualify as such Executrix or decline or cease so to
serve, then and in that event, I nominate, constitute and appoint
WAYNE F. SHADE, ESQUIRE, to be the Executor hereof, all to serve
without bond.

hand and seal to this, my Last Will and Testament which consists
of six (6) typewritten pages to each of which I have affixed my

hereby revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, including expenses for engraving my name and date of
death on my tombstone, be paid by my personal representative or
representatives, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
SECOND. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand and
No/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars, absolutely and in fee simple, unto
ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, its
successors or assigns.

a perSQn shall not be deemed to have survived me unless he or she
shall have survived me by more than ninety (90) days.
TENTH. All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I
give, devise and bequeath unto CCNB BANK, N.A., its successors or
assigns, in Trust. The said Trustee shall serve without bond and
the said Trustee is hereby vested with the power to sell, assign,

The Trustee shall have the power to manipulate the proceeds of
the Trust in any manner that will guarantee maximum conservation
of the Trust funds and the greatest production of income for the
beneficiaries. I order and direct that the Trustee pay the sum
of Five Thousand and No/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars each to my
nieces, EVELYN E. WOLL and PHYLLIS E. BRYMESSER, for the duration
of each of their lives. In the event that the principal and
interest of the Trust shall be insufficient to pay the full Five
Thousand and No/100 1$5,000.00) Dollars to each beneficiary, then
and in that event, I order and direct that the Trustee make
maximum equal payments to the beneficiaries up to the amount of
Five Thousand and No/100 1$5,000.00) Dollars even if it were to
totally exhaust the Trust. upon the death of either of the
beneficiaries, I order and direct that the annual payment to the
surviving beneficiary remain at Five Thousand and No/100

remainder be paid to the aforesaid MT. ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH, its

ELEVENTH. In the event that I should, by reason of physical
or mental disability, become unable to take part in decisions for
my own future by virtue of what is commonly known as "brain

expectation of my recovery from physical disability, I be
permitted to die and that I not be kept alive by artificial
means, J.ncluding nutrition or hydration by intubation. It is my
express desire that I not be permitted to suffer the indignities
of deterioration, dependence and hopeless pain and that,
therefore, medication be mercifully administered to me only to
alleviate my suffering, even though this may hasten the moment of
death.
TWELFTH. I order and direct that any estate, inheritance or
similar tax due as a result of my death with respect to any
property passing as a result of my death, shall be paid from the
residue of my Estate prior to distribution as an expense of
administration and that no part of the taxes should be pro-rated
or apportioned among the persons or beneficiaries receiving the
taxable property. My personal representative shall have full
power and authority to pay, compromise or settle any such taxes
at anytime whether with respect to present or future interests.
THIRTEENTH. Any and all decisions, determinations or actions
made or taken by a personal representative or Trustee hereunder,
if made in good faith, shall be final and conclusive on all
persons who are or may become interested in my Estate. No
fiduciary acting under this my Last Will and Testament shall be
liable for any error in jUdgment or for any depreciation or
reduction in value of any Estate or Trust assets at anytime, in
the absence of willful default.
LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my nieces, EVELYN

them should fail to qualify as such or decline or cease so to
